The apartment was great. Wonderful location and very comfortable and clean. Loved the space in the back and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Christopher was a great host.
We visit San Diego often and have stayed at plenty of VRBOs. This was by far the best place we've stayed. If you are picky traveler who expects superior conditions, this is the place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again!
Really enjoyed the property, perfect for our family, very well maintained and in a super location. Could not hoped for better. Love to visit again next time.

Clean..close to airport..quiet neighborhood
Only negative is very loud noise when upstairs resident showers..loud a/c
We’ve stayed at this property before and it never disappoints. Super clean, well equipped, and the neighborhood is just the best: close to Balboa Park, Little Italy, downtown, Hillcrest. Great communication with Andrew. We’ll be back.
You don't really need a car to get to the interesting places.
3 bur routes minutes away, Uber/Lyft usually arrive in 3 minutes.
two mile walk gets you to most places except around the town
My friend and I stayed at this property once before in 2019. We found it wonderful at the time and returned because of that. The property was upgraded somewhat since then and we found dealing with the host excellent. I wrote a long review during our initial stay and I would refer to that which was most positive about this property. Many thanks to Christopher for his hospitality once again.
Best friend and I got out of the AZ heat and stayed out the condo for a long weekend. Kitchen is well-stocked and there are grocery stores a few miles away…we made a lot of meals in, but there are a lot of great restaurants nearby, as well. Walking distance to Balboa Park and short drive to the ocean. The condo is located on a side street so it was quiet and safe but very close to everything. Owner was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again.
Very comfortable, enjoyable stay for our family get together. We had a pet with us who enjoyed the outdoor patio area and walkable neighborhood. Everything was clean and seemed new, having two bathrooms with two bedrooms was a definite bonus.
Had a nice stay here. The location was convenient and walkable to restaurants, bars, markets and coffee shops. Very clean and the back patio was very nice with tall landscaping providing some nice shade.
Located to have walkable access to dinning, park walks, museums and minutes away fro anything San Diego. Repeat guest and will definitely plan this stay again
Loved the place! Immaculate space. Everything you need is there! Kitchen has everything to cook if you want, washer/dryer, patio,...staycay or walk to park, restaurants, shops. Host was easy to communicate. Recommended to friends already and would DEFINITELY stay again!
Clean, well appointed condo in the heart of Banker’s Hill and very close to many of SanDiego’s major attractions. I have only good things to say about the property and the interaction with Christopher. Close to numerous good pubs/restaurants, many walkable. With a car, one can be harbor front in ten minutes or so. 20-30 to many beaches. The nice thing about the location is even at rush hour getting to and from local attractions is really reasonable. When I return to San Diego, this is where I will stay!
