Nestled at the northern end of the Park Shore Beach area, relax away from the hustle and bustle of crowded beaches and congested traffic and pamper yourself with luxury. Enjoy a spacious beach with restricted public access, crystal clear pool and spa, terraced sundecks and BBQ area overlooking tropical grounds and the Gulf, pamper yourself in the state-of-the-art exercise room with free weights overlooking the pool deck, men's and women's steam, sauna and showers in the locker rooms. With a 90-day minimum rental policy, you are certain to meet new friends while enjoying special events in the community room with soaring ceilings and huge windows. Thin of this as your vacation home away from home. For your convenience you have a reserved parking space under the building in a secured garage along with beach chair and bicycle storage in the secure area on ground level. A beach side foot wash and shower as you enter from the beach to the pool area reverse osmosis car wash to pamper your vehicle are additional features that make your stay easy and enjoyable. Special summer and fall reduced rates offered June July, August. Visit once and you will return time and time again! See you soon.
