Beautiful Gulf Shores Condo with Fabulous Gulf-Front Views on the 4th Floor!

Crystal Shores Unit #405...Welcome to paradise! Our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has breathtaking views of the gulf! Our huge, private balcony has a large dining table with four chairs and two adirondack chairs and an ottoman for relaxing!

There's access to the gulf-front balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The views from the kitchen are spectacular as well. When you're standing at the sink, it looks like you're actually directly ON the gulf…all you see if beautiful blue water! And, the living room has beautiful coastal furniture for your comfort. There's also complimentary Wi-Fi and a brand new smart TV in the living room for your enjoyment!

Our kitchen is fully stocked and has new quartz countertops, all new appliances, and new custom cabinets. We have a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to enjoy! We also offer a full-sized washer and dryer…no stackables here!! And, both of our bathrooms have been remodeled as well with new cabinets, new tubs, new toilets and new quartz counter tops! We also have new flooring throughout and the condo has been freshly painted!

Crystal Shores is located minutes from great shopping and restaurants, amusement parks, the zoo, fishing and golf. There's a local general grocery store located directly across the street for your convenience! And, the complex is located less than a mile from Hwy. 59…perfect location!

* Outdoor pool with a waterfall hot tub that leads to an indoor pool that is seasonally heated

* Exercise room & sauna

* Game room with a pool table and foosball for the kids

* Charcoal grills are available for our guest to use but you must bring your own charcoal/starter/lighter

* Rental chaise lounges/umbrellas are available March to October.

* There is a place to leave your beach chairs (if you bring your own) in a beach side storage area. You may want to consider bringing a cable lock to secure them

* Each unit has FOBs provided to you which allow you access to the beach, beach storage, exercise room, game room, pool and hot tub as available

* Maximum occupancy is 6

* No pets

* No smoking in unit or on balcony

* We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age

**Our HOA does not allow RVs or trailers on the property and our maximum occupancy is 6.

*No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.

The location was wonderful! The unit is in desperate need of a deep clean. The host was very attentive but if you had issues you had to call maintenance or housekeeping or the cable company yourself. We’re used to an all inclusive host. Will definitely be back to the area!

This condo was by far the best one we have stayed at, in Gulf Shores, over the past few years. Very clean, spacious, beds were comfortable and the view of the beach and ocean were amazing. Would definitely like to stay again in the future!
