Riverside Villa – Stunning Taupo Retreat with Jetty, Wi-Fi & Sky TV

Riverside Villa has it all! This spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home sits right on the edge of the Waikato River and features its own private jetty - a rare and peaceful setting for your next Taupo getaway.

The home spans two levels and offers generous open-plan living upstairs, with elevated views toward the river and excellent indoor-outdoor flow to a sunny balcony. A second lounge downstairs provides a cozy space to relax and includes two day beds, offering flexibility for families.

There are four bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and three bathrooms, including:
• Bedroom 1: 1 Super King Bed + Ensuite and Balcony Access (upstairs)
• Bedroom 2: 1 Super King Bed (upstairs)
• Bedroom 3: 1 Super King Bed (downstairs)
• Bedroom 4: 2 Single Beds (downstairs)

Each bathroom includes a shower, and one also has a bath for added comfort.

Three heat pump, one downstairs and two upstairs, keep the home warm and cozy in cooler months. Wi-Fi, Sky TV, and linen are included, making your stay easy and stress-free.

The riverfront location is peaceful and scenic, but please note that swimming in the river is not recommended due to strong currents. Families with young children should also be aware that the property has internal stairs, a balcony, and river access, so it is not suitable for small children.

Important Notes:

Located on a shared driveway next to private land, please do not park on the driveway and remain respectful of the space.

The fireplace is decorative only, heat pumps provide ample warmth.

External security cameras are in operation onsite.

This is a family home in a quiet residential neighbourhood, not suitable for large groups of adults.

A guest surcharge applies for more than 4 guests.

Just a short drive to Taupo town centre, Riverside Villa is an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. Bring the family, unwind by the water, and enjoy the very best of lakeside living.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
