Beachfront Tamaris Apartment with Swimming Pool

The apartment occupies area of 40m2 and it can accommodate up to 4 people. Modern designed space provides everything necessary for a perfect vacation: bedroom, living room, kitchenette with dining area, private bathroom and a balcony. Bedroom is light and simply furnished with queen-size bed. Sofas in the living room can also be used for sleeping purposes, not only as a comfortable sitting area. Kitchenette does not occupy much space, yet it contains everything necessary for preparing a delicious meal. Dining table with chairs is also placed in the living room area and it is perfect for gatherings over meals. Private bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower and a toilet. There is also a laundry room outside the apartment, in case you plan to spend more than just a couple days in our apartment.

However, balcony with sea and pool view is what makes our apartment an extraordinary place. For the guests’ entertainment, we provided free Wi Fi and cable TV channels. While you are indoors, you can regulate the temperature by adjusting the AC. Fresh ad clean linens and towels are also provided for guests, with no additional charge. Daily cleaning service is included in price, yet it can be cancelled upon the guests’ request.

Our apartments are located on the entrance of Tivat Bay, in the close vicinity of popular Island of Flowers. Property is only few meters far from the sea, but that is not the only advantage: there is also a swimming pool at guests’ disposal, as well as sun lounge chairs, barbeque facilities and amazing view of the sea with mountains as the frame. In case you prefer to spend your time indoors, there are 4 one-bedroom apartments inside two-storeys modern building, furnished in calm tones and ready to host you!

What makes this property unique

Djurasevici is a peaceful neighbourhood. Most of the properties nearby are of similar purpose as ours, but there are also restaurants and café bars by the sea. Just a few kilometres far from the property, there is an oasis of unspoiled nature – Tivatska Solila. A bit further (about 10 km far from the property), there is Island of Flowers, former resort.
