We welcome flexcation (work and vacation) at Mangoville. There are 4 charming condo suites nestled in Maxwell Terrace a quiet residential neighbourhood. This ocean inspired condo suite is conveniently located within 1 minute walking distance to public transportation, easy access to St. Lawrence Gap, Accra beach, Board walk, popular Browns Beach and Bridgetown. Banking, grocery shopping, convenience stores and medical clinic are all within walking distance.

There are 2 cozy comfortable bedrooms with a/c and relaxing queen size beds in both rooms. The floor plan is open with access to cooking meals in the kitchen for family and friends. The bar is perfect for entertaining and is open to the colourfully beach inspired living and dinning with access to a huge flat screen TV with cable (over 100 channels). Each condo suite has its own FAST & FREE WIFI for guest to access.

The property and location was good. Only one minor drawback to the dwellings..an upgrade to living room furniture is needed. It is close to two Beaches Dover and Miami. If you have a rental car many beaches are reachable within 15 minutes. Peter met us with the key and was available throughout our time in Barbados. This is not a swipe against the unit but traveling is a little challenging with what I was told a large number of vehicles were added to the roads. I would recommend this unit.

Thanks for your review. Driving in Barbados requires lots of patience with all the other cars on the road. We also updated our furniture to a modern L-shaped couch. (pictures to come soon). We take all of our guests recommendations very serious and appreciate your feedback.

The property was all we expected . Proximity to bus service was great. The two cats were a bonus . Tiny ants should be addressed. Certainly would consider this property for return visit.

Good location and quiet stay

We enjoyed our stay! Very close to public transportation... 30 second walk to get a bus or taxi. Nice neighbors and quiet in the evenings conbined with the comfortable beds made a great sleep! I'd definitely stay again...thanks Shirnel and Peter!

Good location and big apartment

Really nice place , two equally sized double bedrooms, massive tv with lots of channels, nice little shaded balcony Great air conditioning in bedrooms , comfy beds and decent big pillows and towels , (could do with a bigger blankets on beds as ones there were tiny and not big enough to sleep in ) fully stocked big kitchen with washer/ dryer. There is a big petrol garage 2-3 mins walk away for all essentials. Apartment is just a 10-15 min walk to beach depending which route you take and all the shops, restaurants and bars or just 2 Barbados dollars /1 US dollar (80p Uk which is great value) on the little bus to wherever you want! (Good tip to remember: only vehicles which start with a Z are licences vehicles , if it don’t start with a Z don’t get in! )they will pick you up from wherever you are walking if you hear a beep wave and they will stop, Both Peter and shirnel were great hosts and very friendly and helpful, they left some lovely little welcome gifts around the apartment . Overall had a lovely time. only drawback is it right next door to a nursery so there is screaming babies between 9am and about 5pm during the week (the air conditioner does mask the noise quiet well early in the morning ) but let’s face it most days you are gonna be out and about enjoying the sun and exploring the island like us ,so didn’t bothered us that much during our stay . Would definitely recommend this apartment to others, lovely big place and great hosts. Its cheaper to get shirnel and peters taxi driver to pick you up from airport and drop you off than it is booking in uk or getting a random one from airport, plus local taxi drivers find it difficult to find the apartment.

comfortable accommodation and a good location

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Mangoville. The location is great, as walking distance to Dover Beach, St. Lawrence gap. Very close to bus route. Easy ZR bus ride to the Massey store in Oistens. Beds are comfortable with lots of towels, washing machine available. Air conditioning is good. Peter and Shrinel were easily reachable and helpful. They arranged our transportation to and from airport which was appreciated. It was nice to arrive to find a few supplies waiting in the fridge for us! Would stay again. Thanks Peter and Shirnel.

Fantastic property, the location is absolutely brilliant for travel, beach and entertaiment.

I would recommend this Holiday let. It has all the facilities you need for a holiday in Barbados. It is clean spacious well maintained and situated ideally for access to all the things you need for an enjoyable holiday.
