The immaculate brand new kitchen, expansive living and dining area are on the middle level as well as 2 bedrooms (1 x queen, 1 x single + trundle), family bathroom, laundry plus a second living room/gaming room with PS4 and DVDs, perfect for the kids.

On the lower level is the fourth bedroom (1 x queen and 1 x single) plus a separate living zone, bathroom and kitchenette, complete with washing machine and microwave – totally self-contained and overlooks the stunning pool and fully landscaped gardens with ocean view outdoor shower.
