About this property

Marco Island Nature's Paradise -

The two bedroom and two bath condo remodel has 18” floor tiles, complete kitchen with granite counter tops Stainless Steel appliances, tray ceiling, cabinets, tiled walk-in master bath shower, double vanity with granite and tile. The master suite has a king bed, dressing area, double sinks and a walk in tile shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds and bath across the hall. New impact sliders to the lanai for quieter and easier opening and closing.
The views of Tiger Beach, the Marco Nature Reserve and the Gulf beach are available from the 37' lanai. Both bedrooms and the living area open to the lanai. All this is waiting for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing vacation and gorgeous sunsets from the lanai throughout all seasons.

However, we know that you’ll love being outside to take advantage of all that South Seas and Marco Island have to offer. Just walk out of the building to the large pool, tennis courts and boat docks in our beautiful gated community. When you go to the left at the beach entrance you will see the white sands of the wide crescent beach and clear blue waters. To the right of The South Seas is Tigertail Beach, a thirty-one acre natural preserve and shorebird nesting. My favorite walk is around the lagoon to the Gulf taking a right with miles of walking, shelling and bird watching. Remember to not collect the live shells. Typical birds to see are ibis, egrets, osprey, blue herons, and the pink spoonbills. You can walk in either direction along the gulf for a very different experience of nature.

There are beach chairs, towels, some water toys, towels.

Parking for the entire stay to the HOA at the registration office is $100. (entire stay)
Smoking allowed only in the Designated smoking areas of the complex property.

South Seas Tower 4

Great location on Tigertail beach. No need to walk through the lagoon to get there. Pool was heated at the end of December. Property is secure and clean.

Great location. Can see sunset from the 4th floor lanai. 8.5 minute walk from condo to our spot on the beach. Grocery stores close by. Plenty of beach and bath towels and beach chairs. Only negative was slow internet.

Beautiful and clean condo in Marco Island

My family of four had a wonderful stay in this condo on Marco Isoand. Check in was very easy. The condo was wonderful. Very clean. Had everything you would need including beach toys and a Wagon which was perfect to cart items and children the short walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive prior to and after booking. We had no issues during our stay but know they would have been promptly addressed if we did. Looking forward to our next stay at this great condo!

To far to walk to ocean. Like terrible. google earth it and 2000 feet a little shy of 1/2 a mile thru deep sand. Aside from that it was nice. Pool rules are a little intense also.

Both the condo and view were great. ‘Loved watching tigertail beach, moon reflection on the water, and the eagles! Very secure complex and beach access. LOVED the king bed. We finally found the label and may have a new Spring Air in our future! Jean has some of her paintings in the condo to enhance a wonderful space! Four stars were only due to laundry room on our floor being closed due to construction. And, I wish they had some seating in or outside of the laundry room too! Beautiful beaches, but rental could use some improvements

Marco island is beautiful and was remarkably peaceful even during spring break, and we really enjoyed long walks on the beach and around the lagoon, birdwatching, and sunsets. The unit was lovely overall- a clean, bright, comfortable place to spend a week. Some suggestions; - check in/ out times on VRBO listing and w the rental management company did not jive - AC unit was loud and could not be turned down below 74 without freezing over. The management company was very responsive when we reported trouble with it though. - the two twin beds were rather uncomfortable, but probably fine for children - water pressure in shower not great - several slats from the vertical blinds were missing and several more fell down while we were there, making it difficult to block light and have privacy - would suggest expanding kitchen supplies in general, including cookware for seafood eg stock pot - beach gear needs replaced- the zippers on the Tommy Bahamas chairs were corroded and stuck, the umbrella was broken and not usable, the cart wheels were broken - we enjoyed the chairs on the lanai, and a table would be a nice addition Thanks for having us, we enjoyed your space!

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. Condo was clean and enough room for a family of 4. Walking distance to beach was definitely a plus! Beach chairs and cooler available to use. Sunsets amazing. Covered Parking super easy and convenient. Liked that it was a gated community. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and even Starbucks. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time. It is a short walk to the Gulf beach and Tigertail beach. We enjoyed having meals on the balcony and also watching the sunset. This is a nice condo. The only suggestions are that the mattress in the second bedroom needs one that is more comfortable, and that the bed linens overall could use replacing.

The property was ideal for our family - plenty of space, clean and very nicely appointed.

Our week could not have been better. The condo is very nicely decorated and maintained and the kitchen was prepped for as much cooking as you'd like to do. Being on the 4th floor was ideal -- not as much time on the elevators and stairs were definitely an option. THere is a beautiful view of the sunset and during the day, you look out over Tigertail beach and the gorgeous lagoon environment. Pool and the rest of the condo building amenities were very nice. We would stay here longer next time!

Fabulous Marco Island

The condo is beautiful and the views unreal. It was very clean and furnished nicely. Brand new kitchen and what seemed liked new bathrooms and freshly painted walls. The condo had everything we needed. There were beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and beach toys in the closet. Location was terrific, lots of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Really nice big clean pool. The beach was just behind us and was so so pretty. My husband, children, and I enjoyed sitting on the deck to watch the sunset! In addition, there was a place nearby to rent paddle boards, kayaks, etc.
