Super Nice Quiet Beach Cottage, Pvt Parking, WiFi, Cozy, Spotless, Comfortable.
Upon entering you will notice that it's all recently remodeled. We love the open feeling with large windows letting the sun to shine right in. Enjoy the feeling of your own quiet, private beach cottage without the congestion from all of the high rise buildings. Private beach acess is provided directly across the street. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms each has a newer queen bed (Sleeps 5 but 4 is more comfortable), a sleeper sectional sofa with a memory foam mattress, SMART flat panel TV's capable of streaming NETFLIX as well as other types of media. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and is equipped with new oven and new dishwasher. New walk-in bath, new flooring, and even an air purification system that helps control mold, virus' and other indoor air pollutants! Parking for 2 cars directly underneath, no long walks to the the elevator. Come enjoy this nice, quite and cozy beach style cottage you won't want to go home. Come visit paradise and stay awhile. We love this property because of its size and location. We found the stand alone more desirable because it's quieter. The cottage is located near the downtown area plus its about 150 feet from the beach. Please enjoy your stay.
