River House with water views from large entertaining decks. Jetty out front

THIS IS OUR FAMILY HOME THAT WE RENT WHEN WE GO ON HOLIDAY. THE FOURTH BEDROOM IS LOCKED LEAVING THE HOUSE READY FOR GUESTS

Tucked away in one of the quietest streets of Noosa Heads this North facing family home.
Upstairs master bedroom with ensuite, second bathroom, kitchen and living room flowing on to the enormous deck. (4th bedroom closed off).
On the ground floor are 2 very large bedrooms. One with ensuite and near new 2 queen beds and second bedroom has a extra-large near new king bed useable as 2 king singles The bedroom opens on to the private garden and a deck. 2nd Bathroom and laundry.
The boardwalk to Hastings Street is only a ten-minute boat ride from this site and it takes just a few minutes to drive to Sunshine Beach or Main Beach and the cosmopolitan trendy restaurant scenes Hastings Street and Noosaville. The local Noosa Farmers market on Sunday morning is less than a 10 minutes’ level stroll from the house.
