Three large bedrooms and two full Bathrooms. Kitchen with Granite counter tops, glass backsplash and stainless appliances. Small appliances also provided. Living room with Gas fireplace & sofabed. . Wi fi throughout house. Central heating throughout. Smart TV with cable. Large deck with pet friendly secured gate & four-burner propane grill with side burner. Surrounded by majestic tall oak and pine trees, peak a boo views of mountains and slopes, with lots of seating Beautiful cabin that is perfect for families to experience big bear & relax and stargaze after a long day of skiing or hiking. Maximum 2 pets allowed

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Put covers back on the outdoor furniture
Be sure the large trash bins are next to the road so they can be emptied by the trash
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
