Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 2 vehicles at the property and 1 additional vehicles can park in the complex onsite overflow lot on a first come first served basis. STR license # 017180.

Great Staycation Location!

This quaint townhome was perfect for our family of 6. Located just off the main street with perfect access to all of the in-town amenities. The style and decor was amazing and the unit provided all of the comforts of home. The kids loved the rooftop hot tub and we enjoyed wine and movies by the fire. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful townhome. There were 8 of us who fit comfortably. New Year’s Eve fireworks could be seen from the living room and balcony. We were able to walk to restaurants and a shuttle stop to the ski resort. We would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Spot for a Winter Park Getaway!

Loved this cozy condo for a weekend ski trip with friends. We all fit comfortably and had plenty of space to even do some remote working on our laptops. What I love most about this rental is the location. It's right in the middle of town with restaurants and shops all around. It also has a bus stop right across the street that takes you straight to the ski resort. So perfect!

Nice place and amazing location.

Really nice house and you can’t pick a better location. Walking distance to all the restaurants. My only issue was that the hot tub kept turning off throughout the stay and was not usable for part of the time. If you’re not a hot tub person this might not be an issue but the hot tub was what myself and the rest of the guests were most excited about.

Classy comfort in Winter Park

My husband and I, along with another couple and our little dachshund, rented this property for two weeks in mid-September. It’s classy, beautiful and comfy! We loved every bit of our stay. Even when we had a problem with the washer, management took care of the problem cheerfully and quickly. The only thing that was challenging was the noise of the main highway nearby. If you like to sleep with your windows open, bring earplugs. We had construction crews working at 4 in the morning. Aside from that, we have nothing but rave reviews.

great condo in Downtown Winter Park

This new condo (one of many rowhouses in Downtown Winter Park) looks just like the photos on the listing. It is a true rowhouse with three flights of stairs, just FYI. The garage is long and narrow, two smaller vehicles will fit (such as a Rav4, or Q5, or mid-size cars) but larger trucks and SUVs will not fit. The rooftop hottub and patio table/chairs is a great amenity to enjoy the mountain view and the stars. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, outdoor music venue, and a great trail system (with in-town fly fishing on the creek). The hosts were very responsive with a re-send of the wifi info, otherwise we had no issues at all.

Winter wonderland escape

I rented this townhome for a birthday weekend in Winter Park. Half of the group wanted to ski so we hopped on the shuttle which has a stop right by the townhouse. The other half wanted to snowshoe and were able to access a trail right from the house. We all relaxed in the rooftop hot tub and then melted into the couch in front of the fire. I hired a local chef to cook for us one of the nights (she's unbelievable!) and one of the other nights we walked across the street to Pepe Osaka (also fantastic). The grocery store is just a short walk away when we wanted snacks. All in all it was a wonderful stay and I will definitely be looking to rent this home again.
