Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 20 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

nice little place in chinatown
Super centrally located and surprisingly not noisy for being right above the street level and just next to Fan Tan Alley. Grateful for the parking spot. They should stock at least one big knife for chopping please. Some people actually cook in rentals!

Liked bring in the heart of Chinatown. Their “fob” entries were great after we got used to them. Apartment had everything we needed. One window blund was broken so we just tied it up out of the way since it was the access sliding door to the balcony

Victoria getaway
A perfectly lovely condo; easy check in, spacious, well maintained, cozy and very clean. Fantastic location with a great coffee shop right next door. Many shops and restaurants nearby. We used the luggage storage on our last day; very convenient! There three is us and we'd would definitely recommend this place for up to 5 and even 6 people.
