This unique suite is directly across the street from the University of Victoria and a short stroll to one of Canada’s best beaches. Easy bus access to anywhere in greater Victoria.

Ideal location for Uvic, and easy to get into the city. Nice to have space to work remotely, relax, sleep comfortably in our own rooms, and self-cater a few meals.

Lovely and comfortable suite that accommodates a family in a great neighborhood, near beach and restraurants. There is an outdoor patio where you can sit and relax. Barry was a good communicator.

Great space for families in Victoria

Excellent location and space for families. The hosts were fantastic and accommodating. The only concern was the road construction right out front that made it a little challenging to maneuver.

The property is a basement flat of the main house with its own private entrance from the side and access to the lovely garden. It was comfortable, cosy and quiet. The area is beautiful and we appreciated the shops and restaurants and the bottom of the road. It's a great location for exploring and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Barry was extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, and the garden is lovely. The roadwork didn’t bother us at all. Very nice stay!

Property was very convenient to our daughters wedding venue. Kitchen was very helpful for prepping for multiple events. Barry is a gracious host and very accommodating. Suite is located in the back and below the house pictured.

Everything we needed in the kitchen & bathroom. Very comfortable. Host communicated very well. I do think the "approach" to the entrance door around back could be made a little safer by installing railings on the front steps...not super friendly for folks with mobility limitations.

A cute getaway in a lovely area!!

We loved to come back to this little home after our daily outings. A short drive to the common tourist locations but also a perfect local playground and beach just minutes down the road. Our mornings and evenings were as peaceful as they could be with four kiddos. We took advantage of the boardgames in the home too and had lots of family fun!
