Overall, it was a great place to stay! A couple of minor things; the AC units were very loud but we just turned them off. The pillows weren’t the greatest either but stacking or folding them helped.

We loved staying at this house! Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Host answered me quickly when I had a question. Location was perfect for our trip! Only things we wished it had was a full length mirror and a mirror in the bedroom upstairs. As two women getting ready for a wedding we would have liked those two additions. Perfect cape rental for a family

This house was perfect for our family plus grandparents. It was very spacious and incredibly clean. Communication with the rental agency was clear and timely. It’s location within walking distance to the beach couldn’t be better. We were so happy with our stay and hated to leave.

Bereavement trip — Uncle Don

The property was a lovely place to use as home base; we enjoyed relaxing there in the evening. The location seemed to be convenient to where we wanted to go. A couple things we experienced: the hair dryer upstairs didn't work; the front right burner on the stove didn't heat; the knives should be sharpened (i already mentioned the light on the dresser in the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed).

Great house- location and cleanliness

4 min drive to red rock beach, very clean and convenient to Harwich and Chatham. Good accommodations including bedding, plenty of towels and basic kitchen necessities. Bring your own spices (wish basic spices were available) and basic cooking needs but has plenty of dishes, cups, cooking utensils, etc. Master bedroom mattress was a bit uncomfortable but everyone is different. Really enjoyed this house and would definitely consider it again.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. There was some frustration with some of the appliances. Toaster did not work and often tripped the outlet. One of burners on the stove did not work. Also the grill ignition did not work. Other than those things it was a great house and the process was easy.

This was our first time renting a vacation home, and I was a little nervous going into it—but I couldn’t have been happier with this experience. The house was absolutely beautiful. As soon as we walked in, we were struck by how sparkling clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated it was.The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with every tool and utensil you could possibly need, along with thoughtful basics like salt, pepper, and even coffee. It made cooking and gathering in the kitchen really enjoyable.The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and having linens and towels provided was a huge plus—especially since we had traveled about six hours to get there. Not only were there plenty of towels, but they were also high quality, which we really appreciated.The outdoor space was lovely and the grill worked perfectly. One of our favorite parts was the location: it was just a half-mile walk to the beach, which we took advantage of every day. It was such a peaceful and pleasant walk.Overall, my family was so happy staying here. It was a beautiful home in a great location for exploring other parts of the Cape as well. Truly an amazing experience—we’d definitely come back!

The home worked out wonderfully for a short weekend stay for a wedding. Del Mar was in great communication given some challenging weather and power outages! Everything worked out beautifully!

Cool, clean Cape get-away

This house was exactly as pictured on Vrbo. The rooms were clean, and the AC units in the bedrooms cooled the entire house. The location was good - it is, indeed, a half-mile walk to a beach, but the road was busy and we didn't like this particular beach. The house was a short trip to other beaches, though. The house had all the amenities you'd want. The DelMar people responded very quickly to maintenance calls and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. Thanks for a great week!
