Located only 4 minutes by car and 10 minutes by beach cruiser from World Famous Naples 5th Avenue and the Naples Pier, & a mere 1/2 block crawl to popular Celebration Park Tiki Bar on the water, this sun kissed 3 bd., 1.5 bath pool home comfortably sleeps 6 (4 beds). Designed in mind as an island retreat that returns it's guests to relaxation. Perfect for families, couples, & approved pets.

Everything you want is here...bright and beachy accommodations! You’ll be spending most of your time in or around the large, over-sized swimming pool and poolside tiki bar with 65 inch flat screen TV. Know that you will be able to enjoy it even if it’s raining thanks to its roof. The specialty lighting around the pool and lanai creates an awesome night-time atmosphere guaranteed to lower your blood pressure!

Warning: If you do not like fun and playful colors, this house is NOT FOR YOU! Everything at Casa Chill has been designed to illicit joy and return you to the relaxing feel of the islands. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area adjacent to a 65 inch flat screen TV for your favorite sports event or movies There's also house games including corn hole, beach paddles, and board games. Beach cruiser bikes await your spin to explore the abundant nearby sights.

Of course just outside your door and within an easy stroll are all the creature comforts you could ever want!

This property exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a house with a heated pool for our family vacation and we found it! The house was very clean. From the kitchen being stocked with anything you need to cook, to pool towels and pool toys, to beach chairs, the house had everything we could need. The host was quick to respond when we had a question. If we come back to Naples we will definitely stay here again.this house had everything we were looking for.

Casa Chill Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Chill. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The outside tiki was a nice shelter while the rain storms passed through. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and having a fan out there was a huge plus in the summer heat. Rich was great host and easily accessible. Thanks again for a relaxing stay at Casa Chill.

The house is charming and the pool with the tiki bar and TV are relaxing and just plain fun. It's a 10 minute walk to Celebration Park and a 10 minute drive to the international Pickleball hub. The owner, Rich is easy to contact and very responsive.

The property was very clean, safe and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very close to downtown, just a few minutes drive. We took the short walk (2-3 minutes) to Celebration Park several times for lunch and some music at night. Any time that we needed the host, he answered our call and accommodated us in a hurry. Would highly recommend!! :)

Sports Tournament

Stayed here with another family for a sports tournament and the house was great. The location was central and the access to the food trucks down the street was perfect. We met the sports team down at the park a few times and it was a perfect place for the kids to get some space while letting the parents blow off steam. We had a few items to work out with the owner while staying there. He was responsive, attentive and worked hard to remedy our concerns. Above all, he was fair and a great owner to work with.

Fabulous stay

Quiet neighborhood. House was so cheerfully decorated and relaxing. We loved the property. The kids enjoyed the pool every day. They had so much fun while we were relaxing, after our adventures for the day. An abundance of things to do in close proximity. Highly recommend Fernweh Ice Cream and Los Molcajetes both super close with great food and friendly service. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Cozy house in the greate location

The house was very clean and even a bouquet of fresh flowers welcomed us on arrival. There is everything you need for cooking and chilling on the beach. The pool area with a bar counter and TV is the beast of this house. I recommend.

This was our third time at this property. All the good and fun restaurants you could want are as close as walking distance and no farther than 3 miles. Pickleball mecca is 2 miles away. The pool is wonderful. It’s a spectacular vacation spot.

We love it at Casa Chill

We checked in on a Friday. The house looks just like the pictures. They have everything you need for the beach, towels included. The pool is clean and refreshing. It is in a great location. It’s within walking distance to a Food Truck park and some shopping. We will definitely stay here again. Anytime I needed to talk to the host he got right back to me.

IMPORTANT...PLEASE READ:
Although offering a fantastic outdoor area with pool and Tiki Bar, please DO NOT select this property as a party house. This home sits in a quiet residential setting with family homes to the right and left. Guests outside your registered party, loud music, use inappropriate language, or boisterous behavior which disturbs the neighbors will not be tolerated.

In respect of neighbors, the pool/lanai area is to be vacated by 10pm nightly. Casa Chill is registered as a Public Lodging Establishment Operator licensed with Florida's Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

FYI: Casa Chill has a small studio apartment above the house accessible by it's own private entry, independent of and affording full privacy to Casa Chill. ALL property grounds including pool and lanai are for the exclusive use of you, the Casa Chill guest.

Pets: Pets are considered by advanced approval only. Please include the age, breed, and weight of your pet along with your reservation request. Please know that I am a pet owner and lover, but all pets must be evaluated in consideration of impact to the home and disruption to neighbors. If approved, there is a $250 additional pet fee for the stay.

Pool Heat: Given our guests varying dates of stay and personal preferences, pool heat is NOT INCLUDED in your standard guest rate. If you plan on using the pool, we typically suggest heating the pool from October to May. Optional charge for heating the pool is $150 (plus taxes) for each 1-14 day stay.
