Great location

Me and my two daughters enjoyed a week in beautiful Cannes. This apartement has a great location and Nathalie is a superhost. Very supportive and easy to connect with. We would love to come back.

We had a great stay here, Nathalie was an awesome host, very understanding and helpful. The apartment was clean and everything was as expected. We had fun working the cooker / oven out but once we understood it things were fine. We do like our BBQ's but unfortunately there was no BBQ as per listing. There is a Lidl close by and the beach is literally 2 minutes walk away. The pool was also fine, albeit in need of a bit of TLC. The estate was clean and everyone within the compound were friendly. This is the perfect place if you wish to be in the beach more than in the town, but even then the town is 5 minutes walk with an abundance of great places to eat!All in all, great value, very helpful hosts, I am sure that we will be back!

Thanks a lot Adrian, your comments are lovely! You are right for the BBQ, I used to have one but some guests let it in poor condition and often dirty so I decided to remove it. I will modify the annonce, tks for noticing. We are happy you enjoyed the place and the city! Best time for Cannes is out of July-August 😜

Great Location

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location in Cannes. Across the street from a clean, pristine public beach, with several private beach clubs within walking distance. Also within walking distance of full service grocery stores, excellent restaurants, and the Palais section of Cannes. Full service grocery store and pharmacy within a short walk as well. We never had to use our car, except to go site-seeing at local attractions (Nice, Cap-de-Ferrat, Antibes, etc.). Nathalie was an excellent host who was very flexible with our arrival time. The apartment was clean, attractive, and very secure. We will definitely rent her apartment again whenever we come back to Cannes.

God plads i skabene. Mulighed for parkering i ejendommens eget garagen.

Dear Anita, Thank you for your very nice comments. We try to provide the best quality and equipment so our guests feel « just like at home ». You are right regarding the name « villa » in the description: it is an apartment and this word (that we use in the residence to distinct the apartment in the garden and those in the main building) may be a misunderstanding for our guests. I will correct this in the text, thanks. I hope we will have the pleasure to have you an other year. Nathalie

Relaxing oasis near the beach

We have had a wonderful relaxing stay in the apartment which is in a great location near the town and beach all within easy walking distance. The train and buses are located nearby if you want to plan some trips further afield. The apartment is lovely well furnished, clean, modern and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The private terrace is relaxing, with nice gardens and a pool, across the road the beach and Mediterranean Sea. We have enjoyed the sunsets over Cannes from the beachfront. Nathalie was a lovely host, very helpful and responsive.

Just what we needed

The apartment is in a brilliant location, just a 2 minute walk from the beach and the local bakery which was perfect for breakfast. The apartment had everything we needed and was quiet and we felt very safe in the private garden. Nathalie was lovely and welcoming to us. I would recommend the property to anybody who wants to visit Cannes.

Nice and calm place

Great place to bring kids. The pool is well arranged and both shallow and deep. Close to beach and town center. We walked into the center many times with children at 2 and 4 years without stroller. On the hottest days we took the bus into the city center or train station from the bus stop: Médiathèque, right outside the gate. The owner was very nice and helpful, she picked us up at the bus station in Cannes and drove us there when we were traveling home. This place can be recommended

Fabulous apartment in great location and with excellent amenities

Nathalie's place was lovely. Top marks for a great location and great value. If you're attending a conference at the Palais, it's about a 15 minute walk along the beach. This location is still very central but since it's just outside of the palais area, the restaurants here were all great and more affordable. The beach itself is just across the street. And there's even a heated pool on the complex when you want something a bit more private. The flat itself is refurbished, with two bathroom sinks, a small private patio in the back and a sofa pullout that was actually quite big and comfy. Our only issue was the wifi was not usable at all. We reported it in but could not get anything fixed during our time there. Other than that, would definitely recommend staying here.

Dear Richard, Thanks for your nice comments. I am really sorry you did experiment some troubles with Wifi connection. We know it is very important for our guests to be able to connect easily, this is why we changed the Wifi box. I hope we will have the pleasure to welcome you next year in Cannes!

Great apartment close to the beach

Great apartment with a big garden and nice pool. We stayed there with our child 4 years old and it was a nice place for kids. 10 minutes walk to the festival pale, but its possible to take the bus who stop outside the apartment. Perfect!!
