Cute house by the beach. Perfect for summer interns coming to Melbourne.

This is a 3 bed 2 bath home nestled on a quiet street just a short walk away from the beach. Easy access to beach, downtown Melbourne and the Eau Gallie Arts district makes this a great home base for your Florida vacation. Enjoy the sounds of our tropical water feature while you relax with friends & family after a day in the Florida sunshine. We are also just 1 hour from the Orlando International Airport.

Our house is available for 90 day stays or longer. Please contact us to discuss other lengths of stay. Everything you need is provided - linens, towels, cooking utensils & dishes. A starter pack of toilet paper/paper towels/soap/shampoo is provided upon arrival. We have some beach toys and chairs as well.

The master suite, living room and queen bedroom are all equipped with Smart TVs.

Wedding Visit

Great price, great use of kitchen, and saw the resident Turtle whom we left food for. Had our two dogs as well and no issues with anything. Thank you for the stay.

Great beach getaway!

We stayed from January to March. The house is very well situated near the beach, stores, and restaurants on a lovely, short street. Beds and sofa were very comfortable. Kitchen was fairly well equipped although a bit dated. Hosts Ashley and Drew were very responsive to any inquires or issues. We hope to return!

Cute and clean

The house is cute and clean. Has everything that you need to enjoy your stay. It’s right across from the beach and close to the dog friendly beach. Will definitely try to stay there again.

Excellent stay in a beautiful property.

It was great! Nice location; Ashley was very accommodating for my last minute need to be in a little early for a critical work meeting. Patio was very relaxing. Beach was a little less accessible than I anticipated. House was well equipped. Very comfortable. I will return.

Lovely home; amazing location

The houses is very well laid out and uses its space particularly well so everyone felt comfortable and at ease. The home is well-appointed with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The outdoor space is lovely and quiet, with a nice table for breakfast or just hanging out. Best of all is the location, a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to spend time in the area.

We enjoy travelling all around the world to experience other cultures. We always try to stay in small, local accommodations so we can meet people, find the best cuisine and really get to know the cities we are visiting.

Why they chose this property

We love this beach house and the location. When it's not booked we take the opportunity to stay here with our 2 young daughters. Quick walk to the beach, close to the Eau Galle arts district and downtown Melbourne, local breweries and great food are just around the corner. Melbourne is a great, small beach town.
