Wake up in Curaçao, step outside onto your spacious covered terrace and start the day overlooking the pool, lagoon and Caribbean Sea. Across the water lies the Curaçao Sea Aquarium, and from the terrace you may even catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing.
Palms & Pools is a spacious, fully air-conditioned ground-floor apartment at the private gated Curaçao Ocean Resort, right next to Mambo Beach. With its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful views and generous outdoor living space, it is a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy island life.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, both with comfortable king-size beds and their own private bathrooms with rain showers and toilets. The master bedroom also features a walk-in closet. This makes Palms & Pools ideal for families, but equally comfortable for two couples travelling together.
The living room opens directly onto the large covered terrace, where you will find several comfortable seating areas and a covered dining area. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast outside, relax with a book in the shade, prepare something on the BBQ or end the day with a drink while taking in the views.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable self-catering stay and includes an American-style fridge, dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle and breakfast bar.
When you feel like a swim, simply head to the communal resort pool or relax at the private resort beach with its palapas and beach chairs. Younger guests can enjoy the separate children’s pool. And when you want a little more activity, Mambo Beach, restaurants and attractions are just moments away.
Back at the apartment, you will also find a washing machine, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner and safe. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available, and we provide quality bed linen, bath towels and beach towels for your stay.

Electricity & water
25 kWh of electricity per night is included in the rental price. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out. If consumption is significantly higher than the included allowance, additional usage may be charged based on actual consumption. Water usage is included in the rental price.
We kindly ask guests to use air conditioning responsibly, switch it off when leaving the apartment and keep doors and windows closed while it is in use.

Starter supplies
As Palms & Pools is a private self-catering accommodation, we provide a starter supply of essentials for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, one bin bag, hand soap, one dishwasher tablet, dish cloths and a sponge. Fresh bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your stay.
Any additional household supplies or personal toiletries can easily be purchased locally during your stay.

The location was exceptional with the pool, an incredible small beach and walking distance to Mambo boulevard. The villa was very comfortable inside and out. We had a great week. It was one of the best villa we rented over the years.

Amazing outdoor living space, pool access and views. Private beach and the lagoon was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Easy walk to mambo beach restaurants and bars. Seemed to be one of the nicest places in the complex. No worries booking this unit.

Beautiful Property

Perfect location! Great walking distance to Mambo Beach and restaurants. We loved the condo and property with the pool and lagoon. It felt safe and was very clean and well maintained. Great outdoor area to grill out, eat, and relax. Would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends.

Location Location

Property is ideally located. Unit is right at the pool . Nice little beach good swimming and snorkeling. Lots of close by restaurants. Condo was as nice as the pictures and in a quiet property.

Paradise Found

This is an amazing property! Quiet, private property and a very short walk to the Mambo beach shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The private, secluded, crystal clear lagoon was perfect for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing. One of the best VRBO properties we've stayed. One thing to aware of is the cost for electricity. There is an allocated useage included but additional charge if exceeded. Even though it was HOT, we kept the doors open for a welcoming and comfortable breeze and had the AC on occasionally and still exceeded the alotted electricity.

Nice place but…

As a family, we spent 10 days in the apartment. Thenplace is very expensive for what you get. I went twice to Curaco and I believe you can better for cheaper price. Here our pros and cons: Pros: - very clean apartment - well located, 2 minutes walk to Mambo Beach, 10 minutes drive to Willemstad or other cities - nice little resort with access to private beach, pool - beds are confortables - furniture outside is confortable Cons: - arrival and departure are awkward. Property manager does not make you feel comfortable to be in their apartment. It is as it they analyze if you are good people - they verify for your consumption of power (electricity). So if you want to be below what they request, you cannot use air conditioning during the day, you take a 2 minute shower, and do not use the dryer - they want to charge you for extra consumption and I do not remember signing for that when I reserved the place - there is nothing left in the apartment from previous tenants so you end up paying for everything at grocery store: paper foil, oil, sugar, garbage bad. First time I see that on a rental location - there is no kitchen table inside which is really not confortable. With the frequent showers, it was not possible to sit outside - there is no user guide in the house: had no clue how to use stove and dryer. All is in Dutch - there is only one set of key to get in and out of apartment. We always had to manage our departure with our teenagers

However, we're sorry to hear that you felt the apartment was overpriced, and that there were certain aspects of your stay that you were unhappy with. Firstly, we would like to clarify that our apartment is not a hotel but a self-catering property. As such, we provide the first set of amenities, such as toilet paper, soap, and towels, but guests are expected to purchase additional supplies during their stay. Regarding your comments about the property manager, we apologize if you felt uncomfortable during the check-in process. Our property managers normally provide a warm welcome to all guests, and we are sorry if this was not your experience. Regarding electricity consumption, we do require guests to keep their usage within reasonable limits to avoid any additional charges. As you mentioned, we do not charge extra if our guests use electricity normally, and we only charge extra if guests exceed the usage. Electricity is incredibly expensive in Curacao, and we do our best to ensure that our guests are aware of the importance of conserving energy. Regarding the lack of kitchen table inside the apartment, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. However, we do have a big dining table on a covered porch, which is perfect for outdoor dining even when it rains. We understand that the weather is beyond our control, but we try our best to provide our guests with comfortable amenities. Lastly, we apologize for the lack of user guide in the house. We do have a Welcome guide and also all the guides for the kitchen are in the apartment in several languages, but unfortunately, it seems that our property managers did not inform you about it. We will make sure to communicate this to our future guests to avoid any confusion. We regret that you did not reach out to us earlier so we could have solved some of the issues during your stay, such as providing an extra key and showing you the guides in several languages. We appreciate your honest feedback and will take your comments into consideration as we look to improve our guest experience. Die Bilder sagen mehr als 1000 Worte. Wir haben eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung angetroffen mit einer herrlichen Terrasse. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der ganzen Wohnsituation. Sie können die Wohnung bedenkenlos mieten. Was uns allerdings nicht so gut gefallen hat, waren die Informationen zum Checkin. Es gab eine genaue Wegbeschreibung ,doch man teilte uns nicht mit, dass wir, um auf das Gelände zu kommen, ein Tor passieren muss, welches sich nur über eine Fernbedienung öffnen ließ. Diese hatten wir nicht und auch nicht den Code für das Fußgängertor.Wir standen sehr hilflos da und wussten nicht weiter. Ein netter Portier des Nachbarhotels hat uns versucht zu helfen und schließlich ging das Tor auch auf und wir konnten mit dem Auto zu unserer Wohnung fahren. Das war eine sehr angespannte Situation für uns und wir verstehen auch nicht, warum es nicht beim Checkin mitgeteilt wurde. Ferner mussten wir, ohne dass wir das vorher wussten, unterschreiben, dass wir eventuell Strom -Geld nachbezahlen müssen. Es wurde ein Foto des Stromzählers gemacht. Wäre ja auch grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber über unseren Anbieter war nie davon die Rede, dass wir uns anteilig an Strom zu beteiligen hätten. Das war irgendwie immer im Hinterkopf, obwohl wir grundsätzlich sehr sparsam mit Strom umgehen. Beim Checkout wurden dann die Strommenge notiert. Aber wir haben bislang nichts gehört. Da wäre es doch besser, wenn all diese Dinge im Vorfeld kommuniziert werden.

More than 10 years ago, we visited Curacao for the first time and stayed in an apartment at Ocean Resort, where we fell in love with the place. We promised each other that if we ever had the chance to own an apartment there, it would be a dream come true. And that dream did come true! We have totally renovated the apartment and we want our guests to experience the same feeling of joy during their stay at our apartment.

The unique 5* resort is situated in a central location on the island of Curacao, directly on the ocean, and features a crystal clear lagoon that can't be found anywhere else on the island. Imagine enjoying the white sandy beach and private beach right in front of your door, with a stunning view of the ocean and lagoon. The waves gently crashing on the coast and palm trees swaying in the background make for a perfect tropical setting. The resort offers various amenities, including well-kept tropical gardens to stroll through and a large swimming pool with a children's pool for the little ones. You can work on your tan and relax on the shaded sun loungers.
