Walk to the local Country Club for dinner, wander along the Myall River foreshore, relax at the many cafes, enjoy shopping at the many boutiques, this townhouse is located close to it all! modern appliances including 2 x TVs, DVD CD, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans and air conditioning downstairs.
