Unit 143 - 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Side Interior Condominium

This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom has two size queen beds with a 50" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The beautiful master bathroom has a walk-in shower with 2 grab bars and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination with one grab bar. The living room is equipped with a large 65" flat screen Smart TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The patio has been incorporated into the living room for more space and has sliding windows which allows you and your family to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes.

There was no view of the beach but that was OK. It was clean. Worked great for us. Locations was great, close to the beach. Lovely property with pretty palm trees. Unit could use some updating but had plenty of room for 4 people.

My kids are young (1 month & 16 months), it was nice to be so close to pool, beach and come and go as often as we wanted but be able to come inside when it got hot.

We hadn’t ever stayed at Palm Bay-gulf side but had stayed one time on the bay side. As we have gotten older, 4 of us wanted our own rooms and we found 2 condos close together in this complex.

Reviewer Comments: This condo was great for what we needed, which was basically a place to sleep that was close to the beach. The unit was clean and exactly as advertised, but the middle units in these buildings are a bit dark, only having the windows on either end (one over the sink and the sliders at the other end of the living area). This particular unit has an enclosed balcony, which means there is no outside area to speak of. In our case, we were at the beach or with family lots of the time and just needed a spot to land each evening so it worked out fine.

Could have used more kitchen stuff - there wasn't one potholder in the unit. Also wished the pool was in the front on the beach. Other than that it was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location. Fantastic beach access. Kitchen fully stocked with all necessary items for cooking and serving. Steak BBQ on the beach was great. Free ride service on the island was perfect for getting around. Just a few complaints: the water pressure in the master bedroom shower was very poor, the drapes in all rooms were a bit dusty, the screen door at front entrance was rather banged up. Other than those minor items, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

This unit was adequate however not as well maintained as past units (water damage in kitchen cabinets). The front bedroom was also loud late in the evening due to a large group of high school students on spring break. Overall we will return to Palm Bay Club as we love it, just not this unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed with this unit. They had a lock on a/c so we couldn’t turn it down and it was uncomfortable to be in there and sleep. There were also little bugs all over the counters the first day we were there and no matter how much we wiped them down they kept coming back. There were broken chairs in the unit by the large windows/doors to so we couldn’t sit in them. Also when we tried to watch tv most of the channels cut in and out and we couldn’t watch them. The pressure of the shower was not very powerful and annoying when trying to get sand off. We were very happy with the location of this property and how close we were to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach and the pool and the outside was well maintained. Besides the bad red tide we enjoyed Siesta Key.

Great stay

Property was just as listed on website. Very clean and stocked with towels, and plenty of pillows and blankets. Loved the fact that we could be at the beach in one minute.
