SKI-IN, SKI-OUT Park City Snow Flower is positioned right next to Park City Mountain Resort. In addition to easy access to the slopes, you will be just steps to all the wonderful resort activities offered all year round, restaurants, shopping and more! This property is also located on the free Park City bus route to take you just about anywhere in Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons Village and Kimball Junction.

This single level, 970 square foot condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests in comfort.

Located in Building #1 on the ground floor, you will enter into the main living area – living room, kitchen, and dining area.

Living Room: You will find comfortable mountain furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV with cable programming, gas fireplace and patio access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils needed to whip up your favorite meals.

Dining Area: Dining table with seating for four.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom – King Bed, flat screen TV, patio access, and a private full bath with a granite counter sink and a stone/tile shower.

Bedroom 2 – Two twin beds, flat screen TV and access to a full shared bath with a tub/shower combo.

Additional sleeping accommodations with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Outdoor Area: Enjoy the gorgeous surrounding views from the private patio.

Steps from the slopes, with a communal hot tub. Perfect for our family of 4. The only challenge can be hearing the footsteps of anyone above you (this is on the 1st floor), but otherwise a great condo!

This unit was effortless to access the lift at the base, with an equipment locker enroute! Quality decor, fully stocked galley, and uber comfy beds. Albeit a little darker than the pictures indicate our family enjoyed our Xmas vacation.

You will be hard pressed to find a closer location to w lift anywhere in park city. Unbelievable location as stated in title, downstairs lockers can ski directly into property steps. Room swqs well equipped and beds were super comfy. You need to stay here!

Good property

The code we were given to unlock the code didn't work, but one call to tje management company and they got us right in with a new code. The biggest issue we had with the property was the style of air-conditioning made it impossible to lock the sliding glass door. We didn't like the feeling of being unable to secure the place . Other than that, the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a nice place.

Great location but not an accurate listing

Overall, this location was the perfect ski in/ski out location. The condo was clean and the master bath has been nicely updated. However, the secondary bedroom (2 twin beds) was not at all what the listing shows. It actually has very flimsy metal beds with springy mattresses and dark/dingy bedding. The wooden beds in the pictures and lighter bedding is NOT what was in that room. The pictures are also filtered to make the unit appear better and bigger than it really is. Pillows were flat/lumpy and there is no laundry facility within the unit (communal laundry) which makes it hard with wet ski clothes. Good location, but not so great unit. Management company was responsive to our requests though and were easy to contact.

Kitchen was badly equipped. None of the two toasters worked perfectly (bagel toaster left side doesn't lift, bread toaster some panels are out and don't toast). Non-stick coating on pans have been destroyed. I spent 10 minutes scrubbing after making scrambled eggs (didn't burn them). One of the cabinets were full of opened chips and cookies. The frame on the left side twin bed is loose and the mattress falls through. We had to use the pull-out sofa in the living room instead.

Convenient to lifts but needs a LOT of updating

We had a great time in Park City and the unit is very close to the eagle and first time lifts. I was not aware that these two lifts are not at the base where all of the action is (restaurants shops rentals). So it while it was convenient to those two lifts it felt a little out of the action and not as conveniently located as I had pictures. The unit itself is in dire need of an update. The floor mats are worn out, the primary bedroom mattress. Is AWFUL lumpy and uneven. When we called to ask for a new mattress they dropped off a new mattress topper (which was very nice of them to do so) but they didn’t put it on the bed. After being out on the mountain all day the last thing we wanted to do was remake a bed. Overall it was nice to be so close to the lift, but would def stay in a different location next time and would HIGHLY recommend the owner put some much needed TLC into the unit.

The photos and filter used make this condo look larger and fancier than it is. Very expensive rental. I hit the book now button before looking at the extra fees which really add to the posted nightly fee.
