Small independent house in .Située property with garden in a residential and quiet area overlooking the sea, you have a closed parking and a totally separate entrance from the rest of the first propriété.Les beaches are about 1 Km to the center town 2 km. The nearest shops are 600 meters away .The house consists of 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room with WC, they are equipped with 2 double beds (140 and 120 cm) .the kitchen is open the living room that has a fireplace opening onto a veranda overlooking the long .Chaise garden and barbecue are at your disposal in the part of the garden reserved for you and an arbor. You are in the wine region of Bandol with its many wineries, water activities such as diving, sailing, sea trips, etc ... are available in the city center, the golf Frégate is 10 minutes by car the casino is located in the city as well as many restaurant and bar. Bandol located 45 minutes from Marseille and 15 minutes of Toulon is an excellent starting point to discover the region (and Cassis these creeks, the massif of Holy Beaume, the islands of Hyères, Aix en Provence ... .)
The sunshine is exceptional even out of season you're sure to enjoy your stay.

The house is in a quiet location and has a beautiful view of the sea and Nicole is a wonderful hostess! We spent two lovely weeks here and enjoyed the spacious terrace and the many beaches in the area, which can be reached in a few minutes by car. Bandol itself is a lovely little town, with a great market and nice restaurants in the area. From here you can explore the whole coast, be it the beaches, Marseille or a hike along the Sentier du Littoral. The only improvement would be a new fridge as the old one no longer works properly. All in all, it's a recommendation!

Lovely Place

we had a really great time at this house. The hostesses was super nice and gentle. When we arrived she showed us our place. She and her husband are owning the main house next to the rental. During our stay she gave us a lot of privacy. The house is big enough for two people but we mostly were outside anyways. The Terrasse with the ocean view is perfect. Don’t forget to bring towels and sheets for the bed, those were not offered and we haven’t seen any information about it before our trip so we needed to buy this. In case you like to cook, you might also want to bring a sharp knife. You can walk to the bakery and small supermarket (10min) or to the beach of Bandol (20-25min). All in all we had a really nice stay. Thank you madame for your kindness and your lovely place.

Excellent séjourLes propriétaires étaient très accueillants et très sympathiques.Le mas est vraiment très beau, dans un cadre superbe, calme et la vue magnifique.Même si nous avons pris la voiture pour y aller , la ville de Bandol et les plages sont assez proches pour les bons marcheurs ou les cyclistes.Nous recommandons cette location pour un séjour authentique et sympathique.

Le respect de la tranquillité de nos locataires est pour nous élémentaire. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos locataires qui ont laissé la maisonnette en parfait état de propreté. Très sympathiques ils seront les bienvenus si ils le désirent. Le stationnement hélas est un problème général l’été.

Belle maison avec une vue magnifique

Au milieu d'un silence absolu et d'une vue de rêve, nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses dans cette maison. L'équipement ne manque de rien. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Si vous cherchez une petite maison charmante pour des vacances reposantes à Bandol, vous êtes au bon endroit !

Séjour à Bandol

La propriétaire souhaite un style épuré provençal de la maisonnette, mais des équipements indispensables en rapport avec le tarif sont à mettre en place, surtout en été : réfrigérateur en état de marche et de plus grande capacité, vaisselle en bon état et en nombre, aspirateur vide et en état de marche, la climatisation indispensable, et aussi une vraie plancha.

La maisonnette est généralement appréciée . le réfrigérateur est neuf mais bien sûr petit et en rapport avec l'espace . La location est conseillée pour deux personnes une troisième éventuellement. la plancha est très appréciée par tous les locataires, et bien suffisante .. un oubli de vider l'aspirateur peut arriver à tout le monde mais il fonctionne . Je signale a ces locataires, qu'ils ont oublié un sous vêtement souillé dans la table de nuit, pas agréable a découvrir , je me permets de le jeter vu son état; . comme quoi un oubli est humain !!! quant à la vaisselle j'ai renoncé a mettre une jolie vaisselle, vu la casse importante que j'avais a chaque location. elle est en quantité suffisante pour le petit nombre d'occupants des ventilateurs sont en place, mais il est vrai qu'il a fait une température particulièrement élevée en cette période..

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Mediterrane, sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung mit Meeresblick, Hanglage. Für 2 Personen optimal, da die (schmalen) Doppelbetten jeweils in einer Nische stehen und so nicht für ein Paar zum Schlafen geeignet sind. PKW-Abstellplatz auf dem Grundstück. Liegestühle und begrünte Laube als Freisitz vorhanden. Alles macht einen gut gepflegten Eindruck. Der Fußweg in die Ortsmitte bzw. zum Hafen ist ca. 2 km lang. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist in 750 m Entfernung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Einfaches Haus mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir haben in diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetem, einfachem Haus besonders den grandiosen Blick von der Terrasse genossen. Denken Sie daran, Bettwäsche und Mückenschutz mitzunehmen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und diskret. Man ist wirklich ungestört.

Schöner Blick auf die Bucht von Bandol!

Der Blick von der Terrasse und dem "Wintergarten" ist toll! Nicht so schön war, dass das gesamte Geschirr nicht sauber war. Insgesamt aber ein schönes, kleines Häuschen!

J'aurais souhaité que l'on me fasse remarquer que tout n'était pas propre le jour d'arrivée !! et que je puisse en faire le constat ! la remarque a été faite une semaine après !!!! il aurait été préférable que je puisse constater et voir ce qui n'était pas propre, !! ça n'a pas été le cas.. je souligne que j'aurais été ravie de trouver la maisonnette dans le même état que le jour de sa réception par les locataires ..c'est bien la première fois que j'ai des remarques sur la propreté !!il y a peut être eu un oubli ? mais cela aurait été si simple de me le faire remarquer et constater surtout, tout de suite j'aurai remédié à cela immédiatement .....

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette petite maison à Bandol ! Elle est bien équipée et la terrasse est très appréciable ! Petit bémol pour la literie.

Un petit paradis

Merci à nos hôtes pour ce très plaisant séjour. Nous sommes venus avec ma femme et ma petite fille de 3ans passer 2 semaines en juillet. L'endroit est splendide, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Mention spéciale pour la tonnelle végétale très fraîche, alors même que le soleil chauffe juste à côté et qui permet de prendre des repas sans souffrir de la chaleur. L'endroit est idéal en famille, notre petite fille ayant pu profiter du jardinet devant la maison. L'endroit est très calme et reposant. Idéalement placé, pas trop près du centre et de l'agitation de l'été et en même temps, à à peine 10mn en voiture des plages centrales. M. et Mme Chaloupy sont des personnes très agréables. Nous avons pu profiter des tomates du jardin et Mme Chaloupy nous a même confectionné une pizza ! Bref, séjour très agréable, que nous refairons très certainement. Encore merci à vous,
