A Spacious Paradise on South Florida's Treasure Coast
Now accepting applications for the 2023-2024 Season. We are looking to find a tenant to enjoy this beautiful space from September 2023-June 2024.
Rent a condo that feels like a beach house! Located on the first floor of a property in St. Lucie County, Florida's North Hutchinson Island, travelers will have access to two master suites, with a den that serves as a third bedroom.
The condo's position allows you to walk out your backdoor to the beach, pool, or spa. Guests also have ready access to the exercise room, a lined barbecue, and community club room steps from their front door. The condo's locked patio access to the beach and pool areas makes short walks back and forth a breeze.
LEASING NOTES:
Lease terms and rates include electricity and Internet/WiFi. Association WIFI internet connection is also available in the club room with limited access to the Unit. The Unit comes with a high-speed router. Alternative pricing is negotiable for tenants who do not wish to use owners' WIFI and electricity accounts. Electrical setup may be established through https://www.fpl.com/; Comcast Internet available at https://digital.xfinity.com/plan-builder?lob=tv,internet
Our association must approve all tenants. The association application fee is $150, which includes a background check. Please note the association typically requires 30 days to complete the approval of lease applications.
Please note that all leases will require the submission of a security deposit with the execution of the lease.
The first and last day of each lease is typically scheduled for Saturdays or Sundays.

Why they chose this property
North Hutchinson Island is a wonderful spot on the Treasure Coast. The building is well maintained and rests in a quiet space. We fell in love with the high ceilings and quick access to amenities that made the unit feel like a home.
What makes this property unique
As a first floor unit, we enjoy quick access to the beach and pool areas. It is wonderful to be able to quickly grab and go from the beach or pool especially when caring for small children or preparing barbeque on the nearby deck
The first-floor position is also great for when we have our older family members over and they don't have to worry elevator outages.
