Amenities include: Pool/Hot Tub, Fitness/Equipment Room, Sauna, Game Room with Billiards Table, Tennis/Pickleball courts. Minutes away from Vero Beach's and Fort Pierce’s hot spots. Disney is 1.5 hour drive away.
Community Association requires Board approval of tenant application and $100 nonrefundable application fee submitted minimum of 30days prior.

Winter of 2025

The condo was lovely. It was tastefully decorated and nicely furnished. They thought of everything from extra bedding, hair dryer, crockpot to plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans.Alfred and Sheri were wonderful hosts, always answering my questions promptly and very pleasantly.
