Very clean w/nice amenities throughout. Appreciated many of the little things that made our stay much more relaxing than it would have otherwise been. Good communication...wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
The house was sparkling clean. Could use some screen or fans, also baking pans. It was a great place to regroup and get ready to leave Alaska. The manager communicated with us. Thank you

Ellen, I'm glad you had a nice stay! Sorry that no screens or fans were present, we did have an air conditioner available, but we didn't hear about any of the issues you mentioned until after you departed. If we had known, I would've been there in a heartbeat to make things more comfortable for you! Take care!
Great location if you don’t need to be right downtown. Very welcoming.
Easy to get to and from downtown and airport. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was quite spacious with all the amenities. Even 2 washers!
Would recommend.
We were family of 9 people and this house was perfect in every way. The host were kind enough to get Special Kitchen items we needed prior to arrival which was very considerate of them. We would stay again!
House was a comfortable place for our family to stay. Close to Anchorage and easy to get around by car. Host was very welcoming. Highly recommend this property.
This is a great place to stay whether it's for one night or two weeks. Quiet neighborhood, close to airport or shopping. We were an extended family returning from a wedding in the Lower 48 with a layover in Anchorage before getting to our home town. We could all be together under one roof and pay less than 4 separate hotel rooms. Perfect all around!!!
We choose this house because we wanted to be close to the airport since family would be flying in at different times. The home was comfortable and made it easy for us to have family distributed upstairs where the kitchen was but relaxing to lounge downstairs.
Comfortable house with great amenities and guest supplies. Very convenient to airport and not noisy at all. Also convenient to major roadways and nice restaurants. Check out Kincaid Grill - wonderful!
After a really long journey from Alabama to Alaska we were able to have a really comfortable place to land before heading to our Soldotna fishing camp. We own a sleep lab and must make patients as comfortable as possible. The beds, sheets, and pillows a good nights sleep. We enjoyed watching the planes as they took off from the airport and didn’t think it was too loud at all. Great communication with Will. He even welcomed us in a clever way! Would definitely stay again!
We had such a great stay at Salmon Capistrano! It was clean, met all of our group’s needs, and the property manager Will was so accommodating to our needs. We highly recommend!
