Stephanie created this places to share a magnificent experience and safe space with tourist and visitors in mind. Ocean park is a gated upscale private residential vicinity. Imagine you walk a few steps and experience mesmerizing sunsets and soak yourself in the white sandy beach of Ocean Park
Walk for only a minute and you are right at the beautiful turquoise waters at Ocean Park. Stephanie has lived here for more that 20 years and has never encounter any incident regarding security, since it is a closed guarded place. It has security 24 hours. It is ideal for Beach’s lovers, and people who enjoy luxury and nature as well.
You will find The Dunes a few blocks away from trendy Loiza Street, where a variety of restaurants and stores create a nice atmosphere and night life.

So close to the beach

Really close to a beautiful beach, the best beach of our trip in San Juan. The accommodation was the perfect amount of space too, and Stephanie is great at answering questions. Amazing!

A lovely aopartment in a nice part of town

We spent three nights. The location is excellent, a short walk to the beach. The apartment is comfortable. We were there during a power outage, but the owner has a generator that took over flawlessly. Communication with the owner was easy and she was always helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfect Puerto Rico Getaway

Stephanie was the perfect host. The apartment was 1/2 a block from a fantastic beach with lots of kite surfers. Parking was easy and place was perfect. We're not 'sit on the beach all day' people, so Ocean Parque was the perfect location for exploring the island. We went to Crash Boat Beach in Aguadilla (west coast) for a day - best beach of all - fun snorkeling at the pier, plenty to see. We went on a couple of great hikes at El Yunque. Went to Loquillo Beach - also great. And ended up at Escombron beach on our last day. Most nights we ended I Old San Juan for dinner, but went to Bebo's one night and Kasalta for coffees. We felt very safe, but like all parts of San Juan - be off the streets at 11, in my opinion.

Short Stay Ideal

Great location, 1 minute walk to beautiful Condado beach which has a nice Numero Uno beach restaurant a short walk on the beach : great for cocktails and breakfast/snack. Gated house. Walgreens, bakery, restaurants close by. Placita district is very close by by Urber which offers lots of bars for drinks and some restaurants. However, beds still had plastic on the mattresses. Air conditioning worked well and space was adequate for the 4 people in our party. Place is at the back of a residence up a set of stairs to the the 2nd floor.

Quiet and close to beach property

This 2 bed-room, 1 bath, livingroom and kitchen is located above a garage on a quiet street. During the night, only property owners have access to this beach access. It is a short walk to a beach which has relatively free of visitors. There are plenty of nice places to eat near by. My only critique is that checkout time is early but Stephanie arranged to let us keep our luggage there until later in the afternoon.

Great vacation stay

My friends and I loved staying here! Short walk to the beach and basically everything else we needed. Very close to restaurants and bars, as well as different markets. Short Uber drive from old San Juan and the airport. The AC was great, as well as the spacious bathroom. Would definitely recommend for a long weekend!

Stephanie was very friendly. However, the property was smaller than expected. It states it can accommodate six people which isn’t true. We took a walk on the strip outside the property for dinner that was mentioned in the listing. We did not feel safe or comfortable at this location at all with my family. We decided leave the same day and go stay at a local hotel instead.
