Property is in a good location within walking distance of most downtown attractions. The place was clean, fresh and well laid out for two people. The option to use the parking garage next door is a big benefit. We would certainly stay here again.

The condo was spotless and the “little things” were thought of…..individual creamers in the frig, box of Kleenex (not generic or store brand) in bathroom and living room end table, small notepads if needed to jot something down.Good location to Front street for walking to Front St. shopping and restaurants.We would definitely stay again!

Clean , ready early for check in, great communication. We were warned there is really no parking available so had to pay for the garage at 25 per night. Easy walk to town. The unit is on a busy street so a little noisy but very comfortable

Wonderful place to stay in the Old District of Traverse City. The condo was clean, bright, quiet, and cozy. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Although it was “downtown” we found it to be exceptionally quiet. It’s within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment. We enjoyed the art fair happening during our stay - just blocks away. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. Great value for the 3 nights we were in town. We would totally stay here again.
