The spacious and modern Blue Heaven Villa is a newly renovated 4BE4BA villa with a large patio and private pool that comfortably sleeps 10. Perfectly located in Bakval, Noord and only a 5 to 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, ATM and supermarket! Also a 5 min. drive from the Palm Beach hotel strip, restaurants, and night life.

This modern, newly renovated villa, is located in the safe and quiet residential neighborhood of Bakval. With a large patio area and private pool, this 'home away from home is the complete package offering comfort, privacy, and the perfect location.

The villa features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate a total of 10 guests.
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and a sofa bed. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed and the bathroom is located right next to the bedroom. Bedroom 3 (king bed) and 4 (queen bed) both have their own bathroom, kitchenette, dining space, and sofa. Bedroom 3 also has an additional sofa bed.

The living area has a comfortable sofa set, flat screen Smart TV, dining table with 6 chairs, and a bar with 4 chairs. The beautiful open kitchen has a bar, stove, oven, fridge, toaster, blender, microwave, coffee maker, pots, and pans, really all you need to comfortably cook any meal at home.

The spacious outdoor space includes two cozy private lounge areas, a large private pool with comfy lounge chairs, and a BBQ grill perfect for a cookout. For your convenience, we have also equipped the villa with a laundry area with a washer and dryer, and you are provided with a start-up detergent pack courtesy of Summer Sky. The villa is also completely fenced with a remote-control gate for your privacy. There is a free parking space for up to 3 cars.

We have a beach chair, a beach cooler, and beach towels available that you can take with you to set up at the beach, and safe on renting these at the beach.

The villa is at an ideal upscale location in Bakval, just minutes away from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and the famous strip of Palm Beach.

Great House

Lovely home with plenty of room for a family of 8 adults. Comfy beds. Nice location. Owners quickly responded to questions. Although it’s not far, I would recommend a car for the beach and local restaurants. Nice that the home has beach chairs and cooler for use. All beaches are public so you can use the hotel palapas/umbrellas but cannot use their lounge chairs. We parked by the Riu where there is a path to the beach. Loved the pool and grill. Used both after a day at the beach. Very festive with the strings of lights!

Family getaway

We were a family of 8, staying for 2 weeks.The house provided lots of space and privacy. The neighbourhood was great, pool was a definite asset. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as well as renting it again. Communication with management about minor things were good and prompt.

My name is Roxanne and I started hosting in late 2019. Together with my husband, we own various properties and I decided to open these up for rental. My husband owns a construction company and an upholstery company, so it was easy to covert houses, fixer-uppers, and more into vacation rental properties, as we do everything in-house ourselves. From building kitchen cabinets, pools, making our own mattresses, and having the right employee for the right job such as maintenance, plumbing, and more, we knew we had all the tools in hand, and in-house, to provide an excellent service to our Guests, in case needed. From hereon I opened up my own property management Summer Sky.

It is a growing baby of mine.

As we grew rapidly, I decided to join forces with my best friend Bettina, owner of her own property E Cas di Zoe, who has extensive years of experience in the hospitality world and managing properties. Bettina brings over 30 years of experience to the table. In June 2022, Hester also joined the team. Hester just graduated in Tourism and Leisure in The Netherlands. She will be our Junior Manager of the Property Management. And together we form the happy trio of Summer Sky Property Management.

Our vision is to grow sustainably, within our own grasp, providing the most excellent courteous service to our guests. Our mission is to become the most reliable, trustworthy Property Management in Aruba.

We recently just opened up our own in-house Laundry, but we could do laundry as well for our Guests for a small fee. We also open up our Coffee Corner for that early morning coffee, all with our Guests in mind. Both are located at Bushiri 33.

The Villa offers much privacy for large groups (family/friends) who wish yo be close to the island's highlighted attractions while still enjoying their own private slice of paradise. All in all, this large villa is the complete package for those searching for the perfect mix of comfort, modern style and privacy.
