You will love this 3rd floor studio located on the ocean block, across from the Convention Center. Cute condo has a queen bed and a queen sleep sofa that can accommodate a family of 4. Central air, kitchen and washer and dryer for your convenience. Guests supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. This condo provides WIFI and smart streaming TV, This building does not have an elevator.
Non-smoking/Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Nice place for a single adult or couple.

The place was clean and comfortable. The check in and check out process was perfect. I really appreciate the early check in and the customer service at the management office was great!
