Two-story house, totaling about 110 square meters of building area. Upstairs: two suites. On the ground floor: living room, bedroom, bathroom, front porch with luxury shower and covered service area. All rooms with air conditioning and TV's LCD 32 "with satellite reception. The two suites have 1 double and 1 single in each. The ground floor room has 1 double and 2 singles. Total of 10 beds. Large closets. Hot water in all showers via external heater core. Room with LCD TV 42 'with satellite reception and DVD; table with 4 chairs and chair 3 seats, forming integrated environment to the balcony that has 1 love seat and 2 armchairs, with the possibility of arming network. Private pool in front of the balcony. Kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, stove 6 burners, sandwich maker, blender, cabinets and other utensils.

Boa estadia.

A estadia foi muito boa, localização excelente, anfitriã bastante solícita e atenciosa. A responsável pela limpeza do espaço e pela cozinha é muito boa e fez a diferença. Acredito que tenhamos dado azar, pois não conseguimos utilizar um dos quartos, já que fizeram pintura no cômodo de baixo no dia anterior a nossa entrada e não nos foi informado. O cheiro de tinta estava insuportável, os adultos tiveram de dividir seus quartos com as crianças. Além disso, a academia estava interditada, não sendo possível avaliar o espaço. No mais, o condomínio atende muito bem.

A casa é excelente. Internet funcionando. Todos utensílios na cozinha. Toalhas na varanda, para não entrar em casa molhado. Banheiros com água quente. Um ar condicionado em cada quarto. Quartos com todas roupas de cama, toalha e manta. Fogão, geladeira, tv (sala e quartos), microondas, Airfryer, churrasqueira, etc. A proprietária também é muito organizada e atenciosa, e a funcionária do imóvel, a Miriam, gentileza e educação em pessoa. Condomínio organizado e funcionários atenciosos. E a vista do imóvel, de frente ao mar, o que falar dela? Apenas a localização, para quem vai sem carro fica um pouco complicado, se tiver a intenção de sair e rodar pelo centro da cidade... Mas, nada que tenha afetado nossa estadia. Tudo maravilhoso e com toda certeza retornaremos.

Recomendo muito a estadia, a localização do imóvel é ótima. Fica a poucos passos da praia e tem uma vista maravilhosa. Voltaríamos! Sandra, administradora do imóvel, sempre foi muito ágil e simpática nas respostas e na solução de todas as nossas dúvidas. Mirian, que nos auxiliou durante a estadia, foi excelente! Sempre disposta a ajudar e a nos agradar. Cozinha maravilhosamente bem! Alguns problemas aconteceram durante a nossa estadia de 6 noites, mas todos foram comunicados com a Sandra, que prontamente tentava resolver, mas, em alguns pontos, não foi possível, como o som alto da casa vizinha e o problema da TV da sala, que não funcionou. A TV foi levada ao conserto durante nossa estadia, mas não foi consertada a tempo. O freezer também apresentou problemas, sendo consertado apenas no dia da nossa partida. Um dia, chegamos a comprar gelo, pois somente o congelador da geladeira não deu conta. Enfim, os móveis e eletrodomésticos, no geral, poderiam ser mais novos.

A casa corresponde exatamente às fotos e a descrição. Fica em um condomínio organizado e de ótimo tamanho para nós, que buscávamos mais tranquilidade. O contato com a proprietária foi fácil e sempre com resposta rápida. A localização da casa é perfeita, a poucos passos do mar e com uma vista belíssima, de todos os cômodos. Enfim, ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia - tanto que já saímos com a reserva da volta feita! :)
