From this true Cape Cod cottage, a private oceanside beach is just a 500 ft. away. Enjoy partial ocean views from the deck or head down to Chatham Light/Lighthouse Beach. Enjoy the lighthouse light as it sweeps the conservation land abutting the private deck. Chatham Village, famous for its shops and restaurants, is only 1.1 miles away. Added plus you can bring your dog to this Pet Friendly Cottage.

On the right side of this cottage there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed, second bedroom has a Queen bed and a third bedroom has a bunk bed with double on the bottom and twin on the top. Across the hall is a bath with shower and washer/dryer.

Central air conditioning has been installed. There is an open livingroom/kitchen area that is comfortable and nicely appointed with flat screen television. This room has a slider to the deck with outdoor dining table with umbrella and gas grill. Plenty of outdoor seating for everyone. At the back of the cottage there is an enclosed outdoor shower. This cozy cottage offers beach chairs as well.

A few houses down you'll find the marina for all of your boating/kayak/rental needs. This property is thoroughly enjoyed by owner, soon to be thoroughly enjoyed by you. Four Night Rentals accepted during parts of September to November. Contact rental office for nightly rates.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

Cute cottage for relaxing family vacation

Lovely cottage with cute home decor and calming colors. Living space was comfortable, my grandma cooked lots of seafood dinners from the fish market nearby! Cleanliness of the home could be improved. Also there is not a direct view of the beach, but the location is very convenient to town, beaches, and other destinations.

Perfect Vacation Cottage

We loved the ambiance of the cottage with a complete beach feel and decor. Our family consisted of myself, my husband, our (2) daughters 19 and 23 and their (2) friends. We all showered outside so that the bathroom was always available. The walk to the beach was perfect. We could easily walk back and forth for lunch or whatever we needed from the cottage. The kids loved that they could sleep in and get to the beach at their pace. No fighting for parking spots. Easy walk into town so again you don’t have to look for parking spots. We loved watching the seals and the different birds at the beach. The beach was completely private and quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation we will definitely be back.

We very much enjoyed our Fall visit to the house. The neighborhood was quiet during the offseason, but the location is very convenient to Town and walkable to the beach. The house is very cute and clean. Perfect for our family.

Much needed vacation!

The cottage was great. You could tell it had been redone recently. Loved the location! Our only issue was the deck. A lot of bugs and wasps. Even in the am, little bugs were flying around. Our dog loved it, especially the beach.

Perfect beach getaway

Amazing family vacation spot!

This property was exactly as described! Beautiful interior and a perfect spot outside to see the water right from the deck. We loved walking down to the beach with our toddler as well as visiting Lighthouse Beach and downtown Chatham. Can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely beach house with great proximity to Main Street and Light House Beach! The house it located on a quiet dead end street which made for a peaceful stay. Perfect for a summer getaway.

Perfect Location!

We had a great time at this cottage! Location was PERFECT! Marina is less than a block away and Little Beach is just past the end of the street. Lighthouse beach is also within walking distance and Harding beach (warmest ocean water) is about a 10 minutes drive. The center is about a 5-10 min. drive. The cottage looked a little bigger in the pictures but it was great! There was plenty of seating on the deck, and a nice picnic table with a lighted umbrella. There were really nice deck lights with a remote timer. No firepit, unfortunately. There were plenty of new clean beach chairs to use at the beach. Queen bedroom was good size, King bedroom was go od size. The bunkbed room is small and doesn't have an AC but there were plenty of fans. If you have a small portable AC, bring it, it doesn't cool down in the bunk room at night. There was a TON of closet space and the dresser draws were clean. The cottage itself was very clean. Everything worked great. The open living space and kitchen is really nice. It's a great size for 6 people. There weren't many mosquitos, the owner has the property sprayed every 3 weeks for them and for ticks. We brought our dog and as long as you don't let him/her wander behind the grill or in the brush next to or behind the deck you don't have to worry about ticks. Our dog has a ton of energy and is trained off leash but because of her breed we kept her on a leash and a wire rope lead when on the porch(we brought ours) which we had to shorten because of all the bunnies and the brush. If you're dog is high energy like mine, and not trained off the leash, it will be hard to run them around because there isn't much yard space. However, the beach is extremely close so running them on the beach is always an option. There were a lot of other dogs in the area and on the street when we were there so they will never have a lack of playmates. The outdoor shower was awesome! Everyone used the shower outside. The shower inside was a little small and there weren't many places to hang shower items. There was plenty of shelving in the bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything you would need. The only thing I found myself looking for were sharp knives. It would have been helpful to have a knife set. The R.E agent, Wendy, was amazing! She made sure we were enjoying our stay. The owners were great and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Definitely renting again, I highly recommend this cottage!

Sunny and fun cottage

Loved this cottage! It was clean, bright, minimal "clutter" and decorations. The beds had new mattresses that were clean and comfortable. The kitchen/dining/living room was open and perfect for hanging out with my 20-something kids. Very easy walk to the beach across the street, and close enough to walk to Lighthouse Beach and town. We'll be back!
