Charming and bright, open concept Cape house perfect for creating long lasting memories. Beautiful sunsets over Stage Harbor and views to the open ocean. Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath reverse floor plan home. Master bedroom and gourmet kitchen with two living spaces on the second floor to enjoy the incredible views. Gourmet kitchen has 2 subzero refrigerators, Wolf oven and cooktop along with marble countertops. 3 additional bedrooms on the main floor along with a main floor family room. 3 flat screen TVs throughout the home. This is a very well kept property —our group consisted of six adults and we had a lot of room and the bedrooms are large with a very nice master suite—everything was as advertised and we enjoyed our time in Chatham—the place is very well equipped for cooking and there are lots of beach items that make everything handy—it was hard to leave this beautiful home

We had a fantastic week in July, the house was and had everything we needed, communication with the host was excellent and the property was just a short walk/cycle to a lovely beach. The nature surrounding the property was an added bonus. Couldn’t fault it.

Brittany has a beautiful home and was a gracious host to our family. Beautiful, yet remarkably comfortable in every room. Being near the Chatham lighthouse was a treat to drive by each day and the private beach was a short walk from the home, easy enough for our 4 and 6 yr old children. Highly recommend this property to any family looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay in Chatham. 5*

This was by far the best vacation home we’ve ever stayed in! The home was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The views were breathtaking and made every morning and evening special.The hostess was exceptional—she was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were greeted with fresh flowers and thoughtful gifts, which was such a wonderful personal touch.Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. We highly recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

This was a great beach rental for a family gathering and was in a wonderful location close to the beach. Brittany was very helpful and was excellent communicating with us. The rental came with a very detailed booklet with helpful information about the house and local areas. The house was well equipped and is great for those who like to cook. There was plenty of space for everyone. Clamming down the road was really fun. The house has the clamming equipment and you just get a permit in town. Highly recommend this rental. There were some nice special touches waiting for us on arrival which was appreciated.

This property was amazing. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, with anything we might need. We were greeted with fresh flowers upon our arrival. The house was conveniently located to Lighthouse Beach, and also has a private beach nearby. Sometimes, it's when things go wrong when a host shines - in this case, the neighborhood lost power, knocking out our cable (no fault of theirs). The property manager communicated with us regularly and offered alternatives for us. A great experience.

The home is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped for holiday meals and there are lots of kids toys, games, bikes, books and beach supplies. It’s an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to the shops and restaurants in Chatham. We spent the week of Thanksgiving with our multi generational family (aged 4 to 80). There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and enjoy activities.

Beautiful Home!

This home is absolutely stunning inside and out. It is clean and bright, and has every amenity you could want! The location is great as it is a short walk to the nearest beach, and a short drive to the wildlife preserve and all of Chatham. Check in and communication with the host was easy and pleasant.

Absolutely one of the best places we've stayed!

Absolutely beautiful home and exactly as photographed. Location is ideal for being close to Chatham center, but perfectly situated for peace and quiet. Pulling kayaks on wheels a very short distance from the property is simple with beautiful areas to paddle, there are bikes on site to ride right off the lot (with the kids too because the roads are not heavily travelled to the sandy beach / water access point nearby). Highly recommend staying here!

Great Chatham house

Property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with nice views and exceptionally well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to the southern end of Lighthouse beach, Stage Harbor, and Monomoy nature reserve. Well worth the effort to take the kayak out to explore the harbor.

Great house - great location

Seaglass is a beautiful and spacious house in a great location. Everything was immaculate. The house was well equipped (kitchen, bath, games, beach - anything you needed). There was plenty of room for our family to spread out or be in one place. The location is convenient to both beaches and Chatham. The owner/host got back to us quickly on any questions we had.

Perfect Home

We travelled to Chatham to attend a wedding with our parents and 10-month old twins. The home suited our needs perfectly and came well equipped with beverages, amenities, cookware, and other useful items. The property manager was easy to communicate with. Absolutely amazing!

My husband and I and our children and their spouses and infant grandson had the most wonderfully week at Seaglass! The house lived up to its description and was perfectly appointed. Beautiful setting and an easy 30 minute stroll to town. Everything you need is provided. Brittany was super easy to work with. We hope to return!!

Family week on the Cape

We had our family, including the grandchildren, with us for a week. The owners made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Fresh flowers throughout the house. Private beach next door which was easy with three little ones. Best location ever. near lighthouse beach. We could walk into town. We'll be back next year
