Perfect stay

We were delighted to stay in a comfortable one story flat with good appliances a lovely mamanger, and a beautiful neighborhood. Everything went smoothly and we will return next year!

Bonnie and Barry were wonderful guests who stayed in our apartment during the month of July. We unexpectedly had to access the property for some home maintenance, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating of our needs. Their communication was exceptional throughout their stay, from inquiring about the property to offering kind compliments. While they generally took good care of the apartment, after their departure we noticed food spills on the floor and furniture. Overall, we appreciated their flexibility and positive attitude.

Woodford Street Portland Maine

I enjoyed my stay at 400 Woodford Street. The house was clean and well maintained. Parking was very convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a short walk to Rosemont Market which I liked very much. The only thing I could suggest is adding a small outdoor space for guests so they can enjoy the wonderful weather in Portland.

This apartment is ideal for two, possibly 3 people. It is easy to have your own space. It is close to everything, but not in the middle of it all. There is plenty of on-street parking. Rosemont is a friendly, and safe neighborhood. This is the apartment for you if you like a quiet residential setting.

It's easy to make yourself at home. The kitchen is equipped for cooking or reheating meals from the nearby restaurants.
