The condo was very nice, clean and conveniently located. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to stay again in the fall. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.
The place was very clean, cozy and modern. We enjoyed the outside patio area, beautiful grounds and upkeep of the property. It was perfect for 2 people!!
We love Hilton Head. We have stayed there many times. This one bedroom condo was beautifully furnished and immaculate. The grounds were beautiful as well and close enough to the beach. A wonderful one bedroom hide away. VTrips was there to answer all questions and was very helpful. They made the process of renting the unit very easy. The unit was just as described. We plan to be repeat renters. The unit could not have been nicer.

My mom and I stayed at this condo with my 10 pound dog. It was clean, darling and close to everything. I will stay here again and plan on booking each year. Can comfortably sleep 4 if you need. The only complain I have is that I wanted to extend for another night and could not bc its a Sat to Sat rental. Other then that it’s a hidden gem!!!
We could bring our clothes and move right in this place. It's in a great place and clothes to all kinds of amenities!!! Would definitely stay again!!

Great property!
The condo was absolutely fabulous. Beautifully decorated and extremely well appointed kitchen-everything you could possibly need. The courtyard was perfect for privacy and for our dog who loved laying out there and basking in the sun. There is a free shuttle that basically takes you anywhere you want, including right to the entrance of The Dunes beach. The pool was gorgeous as was the landscaping for the entire complex. We did have a huge problem getting in. The code we were given didnt work, after 14 hours of driving and all numbers to the property managers went no where, including their 24 hour "emergency service" number. (They did answer their sales line funny enough, but said they couldnt help and then transferred me back into the void). We stood outside for 40 minutes until a neighbor, Steve, came by and was able to get us in. Thank God for Steve! He also dropped off a brochure for things to do, gave suggestions and was a smiling face when we went out for the day. This issue has been noted before in reviews and it still continues. Apparently it's because the wifi disconnects, which cant be helped. But having a property manager reachable on a Saturday (when everyone checks in) is crucial. I have no idea what we would have done if we werent able to reach anyone until Monday. Also, just a side note...looks like the previous tenant washed something in the dishwasher that had dog food on it and there was gummy food blocking the wash, so we did them by hand. All in all though, it is a great value for the money, especially with a pet, absolutely beautiful and a great location. If we can get in, (lol) we would definitely stay again!
Great place, just as advertised. We love Palmetto Dunes!
The space was good, roomy for a family of four. Close to the community pool and the entrance to PD. Would recommend to anyone that wants to experience HH.

The luckiest guests
We had one problem with this property and it was a big one! After a 5 hour drive, our door code did not work. We tried calling the the property management company and no one would answer or even return our calls. We managed to located the local address and because it was after hours, was closed. Luckily, another condo owner happened to be in the condo parking lot. He knew this condo’s owner, called him and got his personal door code. Otherwise, the condo was GREAT!! Actually, better than advertised!! I hate not giving a perfect rating, but the property management company was just terrible!!!
Enjoyed the stay, the property was just as advertised, very comfortable, very convenient to both shopping and all the areas at Palmetto dunes. The bikes were really nice extra touch!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We hope you will consider staying with us again!
Everything was great! Plenty of utensils for cooking! Great location to the pool! Everything was comfortable! Great location for shopping and restaurants also! Only issue we had was checking in! It was after hours and the after hours directions were not very clear! We had to go to one location to pick up our packet and another location to get a parking pass! After a long day of traveling it was frustrating for something that should have been simple!

Comfortable
We came in about 10:30 pm to Hilton Head. Therefore, we had to go the the office lock box. We had a difficult time getting the box open. The buttons beep when pushed, except for the #4. We finally pressed down on #4 hard enough & it opened. Stressful, to say the least.
The property was clean & spacious. The outdoor patio could have been a little cleaner from webs, etc.. And don't forget to unlock the bottom lock too. Or you will be locked out on the patio. You can go out the gate to the front door & punch back in. The kitchen had all the pots, dishes, etc. you would need. They also provided some dishwasher soap, dish soap, & a laundry single load packet. Also, dish-rag & towel; extra plastic garbage bags too.The bathroom was a nice set-up.The tub & toilet had a door. While the sink was right outside. The faucet knob came off in the shower & my husband fixed it. The bed was very comfortable. But one of the side table lamps had to be plugged & unplugged to use. The switch was missing. The washer, dryer & dishwasher were quite loud. Best not to do wash at night. So, all in all it was a good place to stay. The pool area was nice & did have some shade. Which you need in the summer months. We paid the same amount to stay here & had more space then we would have had at the local hotels.
