Cozy Mtn Home Leadville - STR # 2025-020 - No Pets Allowed!

We LOVE our mountain home and we are certain that you will too! Our home is big, cozy and inviting. We lots of room to spread out, 2 kitchens, 2 sets of full-size washers and dryers, an outdoor deck, and a lot of space to be together with friends and family. Downstairs there is ping pong, foosball and shuffleboard tables, additional bedrooms, and beds. In the summer, the outdoor deck is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a nice fire. The house has wifi, cable, and 5 flat screen TVs with streaming capability. We have all of your necessities and a fully stocked kitchen. All you need to do is show up and enjoy! Please note we DO NOT ALLOW PETS! No exceptions!

The home is 3 levels.

The main floor:
1) Master Suite, 1 King, 1 Queen, en-suite Bathroom, with TV.
2) Bedroom with King size bed
3) Bedroom with Full size bed
Family room with TV, high ceilings, beautiful windows and views
Kitchen- completely stocked dishes, pots, pans, utensils, spices, etc.
Dining area with table that seats 8-10
Den- attached to the Kitchen with cozy sofas and TV
Full size Washer/Dryer
Newly added Half Bath


The loft:

The loft sits directly above and overlooking 2nd Living Area:
1) bedroom has 3 twins and two trundles with a small private deck

Downstairs:
Laundry Room with full size Washer and Dryer
Mini Kitchen with Sink, Cooktop, microwave and dining area

1) Bedroom with King Bed
2) Bedroom with King Bed

Living Room/Gameroom with ping pong, foosball and shuffleboard tables.

In the Gameroom, there is a set of twin bunk beds (2 twins), 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed.

There is Wifi throughout the home.

The Deck provides a great place to unwind after a beautiful summer day, with bench and chair seating, fire pit, Weber charcoal grill and gas grill.

Linens and Towels provided.

There are 2 electric infrared heaters to supplement heating if needed. Feel free to move those room to room as needed.

There are outdoor surveillance cameras on both front porches and outside near the garage. While these are for security, they may be used to verify the number of people in your party match your reservation.

THERE ARE NO INDOOR SURVEILLANCE DEVICES.

Perfect Home for Large Group

We were a total of 12 adults and 2 teens, and the house had more than enough room for us. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and being able to hang in the back deck surrounded by trees after hiking Mt. Elbert was just perfect.

Fantastic Leadville Home

This property was fantastic for a large group. I had my entire family along with a friend and her family. There were so many sleeping arrangements not counting the bunks. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. We are already thinking of future trips here.

Perfect family reunion home base

We had 3 generations of family and everyone was thrilled with this home! We hail from Leadville and found it fits the town’s charm/personality well. It’s not fancy or pretentious - it’s comfortable and welcoming and everyone was right at home. The deck, game room, family rooms and kitchen area all were great gathering places for us. We found the amenities to be quite thoughtful such as kitchen items and bathroom necessities - much more than the bare minimum! We loved the family collage wall in the kitchen also! We would definitely stay here again the next time we have the whole group in town.

Great Space, Great Location

We came to Leadville to hike Mt. Elbert with a group of moms and teens. This house was great for our needs. The layout was great for our group of teenagers. Boys slept in the loft and the girls were downstairs. The property could use some updating and minor repairs throughout. Overall, I would stay again.

A lot of love, sweat and tears have gone into making this Colorado home an inviting and cozy home away from home. We love not being in a resort town. You will LOVE Leadville. The town is charming and quaint boasts a lot of history. This is REAL COLORADO. You have the advantage of being very near to some of Colorado's most popular resort towns and destinations.
The summers are as beautiful as the winters and there are so many things to do within an hour from the house.

What makes this property unique

This house is ROOMY. This is a great home for families that want to travel together or for groups who are looking for reasonably priced accommodations.
