Queen sofa sleeper *Private beach *Fully stocked Chef’s kitchen *Smart TV’s *High chair, pack/play, games & more. *Beach closet/equipment access Guest will feel right at home in #OurHappyPlace634. We have tried to think of all of the things we love when we travel and then offer them to you, our guest! Conveniently located to Orange Beach (20 min), Pensacola (20 min), and Foley/OWA (30 min). Great shopping and dining in all locations. However, we encourage you to enjoy the “Off the Beaten Path” of Perdido Key and enjoy many dining options in the area We give our guest full access to our BEACH CLOSET. The closet is fully stocked with all the beach gear you could want! This is a convenience we off to you, so please leave it better than you found it! It also provides a place for you to store your own beach items instead of lugging back and forth to the condo. Take advantage of the BEACH CLOSET! No beach gear, equipment or large coolers are allowed in the condo. We will be available by phone or text before, during and after your stay. Beach front property in a location that's off the beaten path, Sandy Key is a great family oriented resort that's conveniently located in between Orange Beach and Pensacola. The perfect place to stay to truly enjoy all that the area has to offer! Lots of great local restaurants and shops to take advantage of! Conveniently located close to: * National Naval Aviation Museum * Big Lagoon State Park * Gulf Islands National Seashore * Several Golf Courses * Multiple charter fishing services *Johnson’s Beach Prior to your arrival, you will receive an electronic guide book. We highly recommend you view this PRIOR to your departure from home. Also, download the AUGUST door lock app PRIOR to your arrival to the condo, that way you will have no problems entering the condo upon arrival for check in.

Family get-together

After spending 10 days in Destin, we stayed here for 3 days to visit my sister and brother-in-law and brother and sister-in-law who spend the winter here. The condo is even better than the pictures - we loved staying here and wish we could have stayed longer!

2025 Spring Break

Had everything that we were looking for without the tourist feel. Beach wasnt overly crowded had plenty of room to throw the football and frisbee without worrying about hitting someone. Pool was great, a little cold but that didnt bother our son. Blue Angels flew over the beach our first night, and going to watch them was awesome. Excellent trip, thank you!

Loved being right on the beach and water. Thoroughly enjoyed walking and lounging on beach and taking a dip in the waves. Host's were very communicative and helpful. Condo was clean and well equipped..its right next to the elevator and overlooking the pool, which was not noisy, but we didn’t care for the lights on at night

Well furnished condo was clean and comfortable. Lived up to its listing in every way. Communication with hosts was easy and we could not have asked for better girls vacay accommodations. We loved the balcony. Next time we would stay longer.

Amazing Property with Views and Amenities Galore

We stayed for 4 nights. This property is well furnished, well kept, and stocked with everything we needed. The location is excellent with a large balcony to view the ocean and its beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We spent many hours on the beach either walking or resting in the chairs provided with the property. We will definitely return.

Beach happiness

Awesome location, awesome property and superb communication from the owners. The condo has pretty much everything you'll need (I'll admit to bringing my Nespresso!). Just kick back, watch the dolphins with a cocktail on the balcony and make the tough decision on whether it's beach time, pool time or boating time.

Condo is very nice… clean, well appointed, AC works great, very comfortable place to stay. Great views from the balcony. Easy to get to the beach or if you forget something you can easily get back to the room, which is close to the elevator. Really loved the fact that nice beach chairs and umbrellas come with the unit, so no need to rent or bring them with you…huge benefit! Building nice and private location, very quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Magical Time

Nothing like being able to open the patio doors and hear the waves. The weather cooperated with us while we were there. We spent several magical days here while being in town for a graduation. Kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable beds with the necessary blackout curtains. Took us just a bit to figure out the door lock, but we were golden once we got the hang of it. We do wish the balcony faced the sunset, but it has to do with the time of year you are there. Oh, and the beach locker!! You don't need to bring beach toys, beach chairs - they have it all and so convenient in the beach locker on the ground floor. Our son is buying a house in Pensacola, so we may stay with him the next time we visit. But if we decide to stay at the beach, this condo will be at the very top of our list!

Beautiful place

The owners have thought of everything that one could need, including items for an infant. The decor was light and airy and everything was updated. Beds were comfy and the drapes made for a nice dark sleeping environment so that we could sleep in. The owners were very responsive to any of our needs. Truly a wonderful place and experience. We would definitely go back!

We actually got married at Perdido Pass in 2016 and fell in love with the area. We have a blended family with young adult children. We are both health and business coaches, and we love to travel. The beach is one of our favorite places so it only made sense for us to find a home away from home.

We love to cook and we kept that in mind when creating a "chef's kitchen" with state of the art appliances, and an over-sized refrigerator to hold all the stuff, including a double ice-maker for those personal sized coolers for the beach.

We are fans of Chip & JoAnna Gaines and we embraced our DIY condo renovation with them in mind. It may have stretched us to our limits, but we absolutely love our final results and the relaxing, at home, comfortable, shabby chic, family friendly space we created.

We bought #OurHappyPlace634 at Sandy Key with the idea to create a space for not only our family, but for your family as well! We have taken great ideas from other places we have stayed in the past, and incorporated into our condo to give you the best, over-all experience!

Why they chose this property

We chose the Perdido Key area because of the significant meaning it as to us since we were married at "The Pass" in 2016.

We chose Sandy Key because it has a beautiful view, and it's a great place for families to stay and enjoy the Perdido Key area. The biggest draw to us for Sandy Key is the PRIVATE BEACH! This property is quiet, with a great family feel but also perfect for couples looking for a get away, girls trips, and more.

The Perdido Key area does not scream tourist and we love the more "Off the Beaten" path type experiences. It is conveniently located to surrounding popular areas such as Orange Beach, Foley, OWA, Pensacola and more.

What makes this property unique

The view from the master bedroom is phenomenal! Waking up to that view is truly breath taking. If you didn't know better, one might think it was a view from a cruise ship window.
The sunrise and sunset from the over-sized balcony is like none other, year round.
