This is a resort style living in Clearwater Florida,20 min from Tampa airport and 15 minutes from Clearwater beach.
This community is located on the bay Guard gated complex ....
Amazing grounds 1.5 miles walking path right on the water where i usually see Dolphins and mamattys.
Community also includes gym swimming pool business center clubhouse Jacuzzi and sauna .

We also have a WIFI in the unit and smart 65 inch TV.
Condo is located on the second floor in the three-story building.
Stainless steel appliances.

Smoking is not allowed inside the condo however smokers can enjoy the cigarette in the balcony.

Washer and dryer is included in the condo,

This is an amazing resort style living,anyone would enjoy their time here!!!

Guests have to pay $100 registration fee to club house upon arrival (check or Money order)

Venezia 1 br condo

Absolutely amazing! Our host was very responsive to our inquiries. Our coffee maker quit on us and Arthur immediately ordered us a replacement from Amazon that was delivered promptly. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool/ hot tub and sauna were exceptional. Office staff very friendly and overall a nice safe gated property. We will be back!

Our stay by the bay

Upon arriving to our destination in Clearwater we had to check in at the guard house. We had to provide all pertinent information regarding our credentials which put me at ease knowing that uninvited people have no access to the property. After clearing the guard station we entered and was pleasantly struck by how well maintained the whole area was. The grounds were tropical with mature palm trees and the buildings were painted in colors that placed you in the mindset of a Caribbean resort. Upon entering the unit we found it very clean and organized, everything was working and functioning well, the bedroom had a kingsize bed with fresh clean linen and comfortable pillows. The kitchen was very nice and easy to work in, everything exceeded our expectations. The grounds were relatively quiet and the people we've come across were very friendly. We had access to a well maintained pool, gym and hot tub, all very clean and well maintained. The location of our stay was near the highway and we were less than a half hour of many places that we visited including Clearwater beach. Without a doubt I would feel comfortable returning but for a longer stay than six day which we've stayed and I'd have no problem recommending that unit to anyone who loves really nice beaches, nearby casual and fine dining and a place that's far and away better than a stay at a hotel.

Clearwater getaway!

Very nice location with convenient roadways to access all areas of Tampa, Clearwater, and St Petersburg. Condo was very nice and owner was great to work with. Friendly neighbors, great pool, and walking bricked pathways area around entire complex.
