About this property

Home Sweet Home, Spacious Sunroom & Fun Deck!

Our home has THREE bedrooms, TWO full baths, and a fantastic sunroom with windows on three of the four walls.

Our home comfortably sleeps EIGHT people, with ONE queen sized bed, ONE full sized bed, TWO single beds, a pull-out sofa sleeper, and a Pack N Play.

The space includes an ample lounging and dining area, plus a ventless fireplace and mini-split AC unit in the sunroom. The main bathroom has full vanity, shower and tub and the primary bedroom has a nice walk in shower.

You have the entire home to yourself.

The deck offers dining and sitting space for just relaxing, having family gatherings, playing a game of corn hole, having a cookout (gas grill), or sitting by the firepit roasting hotdog and marshmallows.

Our guests can reach us by cell, call /or text message anytime.

Cancellation Policy Amendment: Travelers who cancel 48-hours before check-in receive a 100% refund. Less than 48-hours, 50%, & less than 24-hours 0%.

We had a great stay here. It was very accommodating for both kids and pets. We stayed here for Christmas and were delighted to find a small Christmas tree, ready for Santa to visit. Overall, we were all very comfortable! The house was also stocked with anything you may need and the location in the middle of town can’t be beat. We will for sure stay here again.

The house is everything as described and beyond. There was aluminum foil and seasonings etc. it was very clean and in order. Karen is awesome to respond to questions and to help. Definitely a great stay.

Cozy Poplar Bluff, MO home

Great Place

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at this location. The home is as pictured on the VRBO site. For why we visit Poplar Bluff, the location is perfect - right off the main road through town, with a great selection of restaurants close by. We travel with a pet - bringing what we need to care for her, but the house includes food and water dishes, as well as some toys for your fur baby to play with. The back yard is not fenced, but the neighborhood is very walkable. The house has grown in demand over the years so don't wait too long to book.

I grew up in Poplar Bluff, and my dad built our home. I have many beautiful memories too. y brother & I helped too! We wired light switches & outlets, installed fiberglass insulation, spackled sheetrock, and many other construction chores. We once had a potbelly stove in the living area and the home actually did not have the sunroom and deck when initially built. My mom had it added in 2003. She loved showing it off to her friends and would host parties and gatherings. 🥳

Why they chose this property

My home has many great memories... one of my favorite memories was getting to sled down our street and the big hill where the bank is. 🛷

My home is perfect for hosting family gatherings. It allows being in one spot, having meals and time together.

My home is also great for friend get-togethers as it is close to many outdoor opportunities like Mingo National Wildlife Refuge, Lake Wappapello, Current River, and Ozark National Forest.

The home is also great for persons traveling for work who prefer to stay in a relaxing home environment.

What makes this property unique

My home offers several gathering areas for visiting with family & friends, playing board games, watching a movie, or putting a jigsaw puzzle together. And, a big plus is the home is located right in town, close to shopping and eateries.

In the spring & summertime, you can hang out on the attached deck. In the fall & wintertime, you can cozy up to the fire pit in the backyard and roast hotdogs & make smores!
