Spacious 3bed 3bath attached single story condo with attached garage in desirable Wilshire Palms in desirable central Ranch Mirage location. This condo is close but not too close to one of several community pools and spa. This development also features tennis and pickle ball courts.
Updates since these photos... tiled bathroom floors, new blinds, resurfaced front and rear terraces, epoxy garage floor.

Very comfortably furnished. Could use some updating, but everything is functional and clean! A really nicely laid out property. Close to Eisenhower, shopping and dining, you could walk. Or, take a short drive to El Paseo and The River entertainment districts. Lots of open space between these properties. Private front patio.

The rear terrace overlooks one of the community pools/spas about 100 ft away. Most of the time it will be your private oasis.

Utilities allowance is $250 per month.

Great Stay!

We’ve been wintering in the Palm Springs area for 10 years, renting a different home each year. This is by far our favorite stay. The location is superb, the home is lovely, the neighbors are welcoming and fantastic, and the home is fully stocked with whatever you could need: towels, kitchen equipment, etc. A couple of things to note: 1. The third bedroom is the walk through to the garage. 2. The garage is tiny! We could only make both of our cars fit inside because one is a Mini and required some fancy angle work to get up/down the steep driveway without scraping the bottom. 3. The hottub isn’t hot. Our property manager tested it with his thermometer and it registered at 100*, which for us wasn’t satisfyingly hot, so we didn’t use it. The property is immaculate and very well cared for. The one’s a gem! All in all, we’d definitely stay again.
