Small complex away from the crowds 73 North Kihei road on a four mile beach that stretches past a bird sanctuary in the north end of Kihei. Watch sunsets from beach side BBQ lawn area. Take long beach walks to the aquarium in Maalea. Kayak, snorkel, stand up paddle, and windsurf wing foil directly off your beach.

This is the second time staying in this building, different unit. It doesn’t disappoint. If you’re looking for the night life, this is not the place. Very low key, directly on the beach. We rent a car and get to all the “hot” spots while enjoying a peaceful place to stay, usually asleep by 8pm.

The unit is located on Sugar Beach in Kihei. The beach access is great and the location is central to getting to all of the Kihei retail establishments (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). The pool was great and a good option for when the afternoon winds picked up and made the beach uncomfortable (sands kicked up, waves, currents, etc.). The unit itself had everything we needed for a great stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I have worked and lived on island 5 minutes away since 1991. I surfed since 1965, also windsurf and paddle board and love to coach fellow enthusiasts. I have been active in triathlons and ski Heavenly Valley yearly.

Why they chose this property

This property is beach front affordable and quaint with only 50 units. I spend my days off watching the sunset from the beach side lawn fronting the condo. 100 steps, front door to the sand with no streets to cross.

What makes this property unique

No crowds, laid back, beach front relaxation.
I vacationed on the beach yearly as a child with my family. I understand the children still playing in the ocean and on the beach as darkness falls.
No need to trek to the elevator and back as the stairs outside the condo front door go down one flight to your car parked below.
