Paradise Cove Lakefront Cottage

Paradise Cove welcomes families from all over the world to enjoy a stay on beautiful Three Mile Lake in our newly constructed lakefront cottage 20 minutes north of Huntsville. We prefer families and you must be 30 years of age or older to rent.
When you enter into the 2800 sqft cottage you will be transformed by the breathtaking view through our floor to ceiling windows.
The open concept livingroom and kitchen combination provide the perfect place for your family to dine and relax or entertain.
The cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms with a lower level family room which includes a 65" television. The cottage features radiant heating that keeps the floors warm and comfortable. There is a gas fireplace as well.
There is an enclosed Muskoka room with an inviting round table for 8 guests to enjoy sunset dinners, playing board games or just enjoying the peaceful night free from mosquitoes.

Paradise Cove features a shallow beach and sandy walk out perfect for kids and lounging with your feet in the water.
The lakewater is crystal clear and refreshing in the summer months. There are stairs to the composite dock with a 20X12 sitting area.
The lake has a boat launch and you can secure a boat to our dock.

The driveway can accommodate 6 cars and your boat trailer if necessary.
We rent only weekends up to 4 nights.
You will be charged a fee through VRBO if there are disruptive parties, pets brought up, damage to the cottage, extra cleaning required or extra guests past the 9 person maximum excluding children.

Checkout is 11:00 am -Checkin is 4:00
Maximum 9 guests (non-smokers)
Absolutely NO loud parties or events. Music is to a minimum after 11 pm.
No pets - Do not feed the ducks.
NO smoking/vaping
Security surveillance
You must dispose of your own garbage at the dump which is 10 min away. The dump is closed Tuesday/Wednesday.

Beautiful cottage with great views and amenities.

Cottage was beautiful and well stocked! Rarely will you find a property as beautifully landscaped and with a patio set on the dock to be able to really enjoy the views and water. Charlotte was super responsive and helpful with inquiries, and a great host over to help us enjoy a beautiful summer weekend with friends. Would definitely recommend and be back for another stay!

Great Vaycay!

We really enjoyed our week here. The cottage was very beautiful and had everything you needed. Kids really enjoyed the bin of barbies and toys inside and the paddleboards and kayaks on the lake. A nice big dock to hang out on and lots to do! Was a great spot to enjoy time away with our kids. Thanks again!

Wonderful vacation

There were 10 of us in total, we loved the cottage layout it is roomy and practical. The fire pit was great, we did a lot of kayaking and swimming . Everything we needed was there . The lake is very nice and the fishing average, all in all a WONDERFUL VACATION. Dave & Rebecca

Beautiful cottage!

We really enjoyed our family holiday at Paradise Cove. The cottage was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and our little one enjoyed the sandy wading area. The landscaping is beautiful! It was so relaxing lounging on the dock or enjoying the lake view from the fire pit area. We had a great week!

The Cottage was Awesome!!

We were group of 10 plus kids. The cottage was very spacious and could accommodate us all. The host was very responsive to all our questions. Great property by the lake, lots of green space and parking. The beds were comfy and the furnitures were very upscale. Overall a great stay with our friends. Will definitely stay again !!!!

Perfect place for a girls getaway

We are a group of women who've gathered annually for 27 years. Paradise Cove is the first place we all agreed we'd like to come back to. Charlotte is a terrific hostess and she has thought of everything. The property is well equipped and we had a fantastic weekend away!

Beautiful cottage

Our multi-generational family enjoyed a wonderful week at Paradise Cove. The cottage was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. We spent a lot of time enjoying the lake from the dock. Our two year old granddaughter enjoyed the sand and loved the water! We enjoyed using the kayaks and stand up paddle boards on lovely Three Mile Lake.

Amazing Cottage

Very nice location with lots of games including indoor and outdoor activities. Interior is well designed and decorated. The only suggestion from us is there are not enough hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom and bedroom.

Beautiful Cottage

Myself, my husband and 2 kids (10 and 12) had a lovely stay at Charlotte’s cottage. It was super clean and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards in the lake, which was really quiet. The dock area was quite private too. Charlotte was super accessible and checked in on us too which was really nice. Would definitely highly recommend.

As a family, we have enjoyed this lake for over thirty years. It is spring-fed, clean lake that is amazing to be on. The cottage has all the amenities necessary with a luxurious feel. A large campfire area that over looks the lake. Best of all, the large composite dock to enjoy the view and relax.

Why they chose this property

If you are looking for a lake that is quiet and peaceful this is the lake for you. It is perfect for a couples weekend or for family fun. The cottage is a new build with many detailed features that promote a perfect cottage getaway. This spacious, open concept floor plan promotes family fun. The shoreline is a sandy beach and shallow. A huge dock sits over the water for you to enjoy the lake. The huge fire pit overlooks the lake.
This cottage is on septic which means the only thing that can be disposed of is toilet paper and soap.
You must deliver all your garbage to the dump that is 10 minutes away. There will be a charge of $20 per bag if any garbage is left behind. Cleaning fees are $200 directly e-transferred to the host prior to checkin.

What makes this property unique

The shoreline is a sandy walk-in and the campfire is located with a view of the lake. You can take in sunrises from our upper deck with your coffee and watch the sunsets from the dock with a glass of wine.
