Welcome to C Street Retreat!
Newley renovated 2 Bedroom , 2 bathroom beach house with a fenced in yard for the dogs, 1 block to the Beach and walking distance to many restaurants.

MONTHLY BOOKINGS ALLOWED FROM SEPTEMBER TO MARCH AND ARE SUBJECT TO A $250.00 DEEP CLEANING FEE

There is a single garage for storage, washer and dryer, new floors and windows, new kitchen and appliances and a 12 cup coffeemaker, linens , & towels. The master bedroom has it's own master bathroom. Smart TV's with Streaming only and Internet Speed of 800 MBPS.

There is a gas BBQ and a propane fire pit.

We provide beach cart, 4 chairs, umbrella and beach towels for your stay.

Lisa & Tony, the owners live close by for emergencies, there is a door code for entry.

Great location and cleanliness

This property is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The house has all the essentials you need for your stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for us and this home met those expectations. Our family and dogs had a lovely trip this week even with the rainy weather. Hope to book again in the future. Thank you Ms. Lisa for allowing our family to stay at your home.

Relaxing and clean

Had a restful and calming experience! Was on my Honeymoon and very grateful to have a pet friendly place with an understanding host. Very grateful and plan on returning for sure.

Dog Friendly Beach House

This house was wonderful. It was exactly as listed on the VRBO sight plus included many thoughtful extras by the host to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was definitely dog friendly from the dog dishes provided to the outdoor dog wash. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again next time we are in St. Augustine. Thank you to the host for a great time.

Another perfect stay

Our second stay at C Street. The house is very clean, well maintained, well stocked, comfortable and perfectly located. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard with our pups. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Highly recommend!

My favorite

My recent stay was either the 3rd or 4th time at the Cstreetrereat. It now feels like a home away from home. The house is perfect for my girlfriend, me, and my dog. When we walked in…my girlfriend immediately said “This is great”. We felt so good and welcomed as the house was clean and comfortable. We just felt at home! The location is perfect as the beach is an easy walk (beach chairs and an umbrella are provided) as well are several restaurants and bars. The only problem….my excellent reviews make the house more popular and more difficult to rent!!! By the way, the owner, Lisa…is terrific.
