The Space:
Your convenience is our priority, with two secure car park spaces available.
This fully self-contained apartment features three bedrooms: a king bed in the main bedroom with an en-suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two single beds in the third.
The property boasts two well-equipped bathrooms, with hair dryers.
Fully stocked kitchen complete with a coffee machine and milk frother, as well as complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and sugar.
For your convenience, a laundry containing a washer and dryer, and all necessary linens are provided.
Start-up essentials are provided for your convenience and include, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, dishwashing liquid and more.
Entertainment is at your fingertips with complimentary Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, and we provide a complimentary port-a-cot and high chair (please bring your own linen for the port-a-cot).

Guest Access:
Visitors can enjoy full access to the array of onsite amenities, encompassing the gym, sauna, pool, and tennis court. However, please note that access to the locked cupboard in the lounge/dining area and the resident lounge on level 4 is restricted.

Check-in is available from 3 pm to 5 pm. Please note that the complex's front doors will be locked after these hours. For arrivals outside these hours, please let us know so that alternate arranegements can be made. If a meet and greet is required, a fee from $50 will apply, depending on arrival time.
Prior to check-in, we conduct ID verification, confirming guest identity.
Kindly be aware that the hotel amenities provided are designed as a starter kit and may not last the entire duration of your stay.
We'd like to clarify that we have no affiliation with the onsite management.
A $400 security deposit is required one day before check-in and is promptly refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
Please be considerate of quiet hours, which are observed between 9 pm and 8 am.
