End unit, Second (top) floor with front and back lanais. Each with seating for two. The back lanai offers ocean breezes and view of ocean bay with sunning beach. Enjoy morning coffee while looking at the sparkling ocean and oceanfront path.

Upgraded, 2-bedroom with uncluttered, modern look. New flooring, new kitchen, new tiled bath, new beds and dressers. Ideal getaway for those seeking a fresh, relaxing vacation home with ocean breezes flowing from back lanai to front door.

Remodeled kitchen has beautiful, acacia wood countertop, open shelving. And is well-equipped for a preparing a vacation meal.
Indoor dining enjoyed on peninsula with quartz countertop and bar-height seating for 4.

The back lanai accommodates 2 for casual dining and views of ocean, greenbelt and oceanfront path

The living area has a flat-screen TV, double-bed sofa futon. Bedrooms have new queen beds and windows that invite ocean breezes. One bedroom has an adjacent .5 bath.


A convenient coin-operated laundry is steps away from the unit. Free parking is in front of the unit. Guest parking is readily available. There are no resort fees.

Beach equipment includes boogie boards, some snorkel equipment, beach umbrellas, coolers and beach chairs.

Grocery stores and restaurants are along the walking path. High-end resorts are on either side of the complex Spa services and luaus are offered at adjacent resorts.

This unit is located just off the ocean. (100 yards). There is a small two-story resort on the ocean front.

This complex is adjacent to the paved, oceanfront biking and walking path. The path runs for 9 miles. Bike rentals are available nearby.
Enjoy the privacy of a unit in a a four plex building with private lanais. There are high-end resorts on either side of the complex. Resorts have public access to beach. The paved oceanfront walking path runs in front of complex.

Great location for all activities on Kauai. Steps away from great restaurants and groceries in area. If you enjoy a beach walk or bike ride it was definitely a plus being on the bike path that runs through Kapaa. Great bike rental shop at the end of the street. Clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed the back porch with the ocean breeze.

Amazing location! This is probably one of the best places to stay on the island & you’re literally just steps from the Kapaa bike bath & a 2 minute walk to a great beach!

We had a great time. We had a great time. The location is very central and we loved being able to do the very short walk to the beach for sunrise, and all day activities, and it's walking distance to "downtown" Kapaa. The host (Donna) was very responsive and proactively reached out to make sure we were doing well. The house was clean and comfortable to stay in and we had marked parking so we didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot. Kitchen was stocked well. Limited ocean views from balcony. (can see the ocean a little bit...large hotel in main view to ocean),there's no air condition, but many fans. (it cools off a lot during the evening and night times). One small issue, there was a chicken (they are all over the place; feral chickens...) that was noisy thru part of the night, the windows have only screens and loose shutters (might want ear plugs it you are a light sleeper). The main rooms were cozy and beds were very comfortable. over all, great place to stay.

Comfortable accommodations. Clean, but relatively small and not luxurious. Got a little warm in the bedrooms, but got by with fans and the AC unit in the sitting room. Good location - Walking distance to "downtown" Kapaa. Host (Donna) was extremely responsive and helpful to address a minor hiccup during check-in. I recommend.

The location is awesome, just a few minute walk to the beach and located next to a grocery store! Great location if you want to check out the North and South shores because it is right in the middle of everything! Close to Lydgate Beach which was my daughter’s favorite beach! Would highly recommend!

It was the perfect setting. Close to shops and restaurants. Within walking distance to a beach where we watch the sunset and sunrise a couple times. We drove and down the island and it was all easy. Overall, it’s a great stay. The host is kind and responsive. The location of this listing is also great since it’s close to everything. The beach stuff that the host left on the balcony is useful. I would recommend this place to my friends if they ever come to Kauai. There is also a very friendly cat that hangs around here. We had a great time :)
