Lovely host and lovely place. Host was a great communicator and had lots of resources for us to use during our stay (snorkeling gear, towels, etc). The rooms were great and the location is prime — nearby to everything, you can walk everywhere!

Great central location for visiting both the north and south shores of the island, and also just a short drive from the airport. Easy access to the bike trail along the coast and is within walking distance of the Coconut Marketplace. Worked well for four adults for almost a full week. The portable air conditioners and fans in the bedrooms kept it cool enough at night to sleep comfortably.

The location made it convenient to get to many of the sites. The property met our expectations and would recommend to others. Only draw back were the people above us who had heavy feet.

Overall a very nice condo. Quiet location, easy to reach and very nice living and kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious as the bathroom and extra toilet. The only thing is the temperature in the living and kitchen. The portable ac' s in the bedrooms work fine except for the living. Perhaps something to improve. Parking by the way is excellent.

Great location in Kapaa. About 15-20 minutes from the airport. It’s a small apartment but feasible for a family of 4. There was no AC except in the rooms so it did get warm in kitchen and living room. It’s right across from a Safeway so it was perfect to get groceries and cook.

This condo was exactly what we hoped it would be. Central location for exploring the whole island. Great places to go for early morning walks from the condo. A little snug for 2 couples but ended up being perfect for us. Shower was GREAT and beds were comfortable. If you are going to be out and exploring the island this is a perfect location to go from and for the price on Kauai was an amazing deal. Thanks again!
