Beautiful 6 Bedroom Home, 6 Miles from Disney World, South Facing Pool

Located in the quiet and private vacation home community of Calabria Westside, 3032 sq. ft. A 6 bedroom vacation home features 4 main bedrooms all with 40” LCD TV’s. Two are king rooms with ensuites and the other are a king and a queen rooms. There are also two kid’s rooms which both have 24” LCD TV’s with DVD players. The first Kid room is Mickey and Friends themed with 2 twin beds and the other is a Marvel themed with a twin bed and a double bunk bed. All rooms have a ceiling fan. Outside is a covered lanai with ceiling fan and south facing pool with spa which backs onto a beautiful conservation area. Inside there is an inviting living area with a 60” LCD Smart HDTV to watch your favourite streaming services such as Netflix and with Blu-ray player which is next to a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with an Air Fryer & Keurig coffee machine and a formal dining area. The garage also has a games room with a pool table, air hockey, and freestanding video game machine with sixty classic games! Upstairs, enjoy more family fun in the loft which includes a 46” LCD HDTV, Blu-ray player and Xbox 360 and also there is Free hi-speed Wi-Fi internet access. Located within 6 miles of Walt Disney World Gates, 20 miles from Universal Studios, 15 miles from Sea World and close to Lots of Great Restaurants, Shopping and grocery stores. Tampa Bay is 60 miles away with a Hard Rock Casino and Busch gardens, NHL Hockey, MLB Baseball and NFL Football. As well as many beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. Towards the Atlantic Ocean is Kennedy Space Center as well as Cocao Beach and is 70 miles.

Family pre cruise stay

Stayed two nights prior to cruising out of Port Canaveral - family trip 6 adults and 5 children ages 10 months to 12 years. House was perfect, super clean and kitchen well outfitted. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!!!

We live in a Small City in Alberta, Canada. We are grain farmers and have 5 children. We bought this house as an investment for rental purposes. It is always great to work with guests from all over, from North & South America to the UK and one family from Australia.

Why they chose this property

This location is perfect. It is a small community and very quiet and away from any highway noise. Yes, you can hear Disney's fireworks every night! Still it is so close to the parks and to the variety of Florida activities. 6 miles to Disney gates and just over an hour to the great beaches at the Gulf of Mexico! There is so much to do in the area that you will have to come back again one day!

I love dealing with my guests and always try to make thier stay as best I can! I have a property manager that is always on call for any problems that could occur, So just message me and we will get on the case! I am always willing to share my knowledge on the area and help with any planning questions you may have.
