Don’t forget, amenities at Cinnamon Shore South are also yours to enjoy, including additional pools, lakes, and fitness centers.

Non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering, the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Getting Around — North & South:
Cinnamon Shore South and Cinnamon Shore North are located approximately 1.5 miles apart. Guests staying at one community will need to drive to access the other's amenities.

**Home does have a propane fire pit in the back yard. Guests are responsible for $45 propane bottle that can be provided by the Cinnamon Shore Rentals office.**
