In winter months relax in front of the cosy log fire as well as ducted gas heating throughout. Note: The fireplace door does get hot and is easily accessible to children therefore needing constant supervision at all times.

In the summer months, enjoy the open plan indoor/outdoor entertaining areas while watching the children play in the backyard. Or close the doors and enjoy the reverse cycle air conditioning making it a relaxing cool space on those hot summer days. Note: The central heating in the bedrooms is just HEAT. Not cool. Reverse cycle is for kitchen/lounge/living, not bedrooms. Standing fans are placed in each bedroom.

The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay including linen, blankets & towels, also including Nespresso coffee machine and pods!

The fully fenced garden offers peace & quiet and is ideal for well behaved dogs and children. We ask that if you do bring your dog, that they do not enter the bedrooms or study and stay off the carpet in the home.
