The house was immaculately clean nicely furnished and had all you needed for a holiday home The beds were very comfortable with nice linen and good pillows Excellent location with a busy cafe nearby and an old fashioned country pub around the corner Centre of town is less than a 10 minute strollBackyard needs a little TLC but that’s a minor thing We enjoyed our stay very much

This was our fourth visit to this property. It is always clean and well organised and we love the location. Of course, the fact that it is pet friendly is also great. I thoroughly recommend this property.

The property was spacious, in terms of living area and the bedrooms.The fireplace in the main living room had an out of order sign on it which was disappointing.Wire coat hangers could be upgraded to felt or plastic, and there were not enough.No cleaning equipment in the kitchen, eg brushes, sponges or tea towels, so difficult to wash frypans etc. Also a few extra things in the pantry such as oil (not spray), milk in the frig, would be appreciated.Second bathroom was in the laundry, and had a peculiar smell.Great location and very good artwork in the house. Nice having a coffee machine with pods applied. Communication with the host was timely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Orange. The house is very well located - easy walk to the town, and to lovely parks. The house is quiet - it is a lovely street. I was most impressed with the standard of cleanliness - the house was immaculate and well maintained. The rooms are nice and spacious. Our little dog enjoyed the fenced garden. The bed was very comfortable.Anne at BNB made easy was very good to communicate with. The check in and check out process was simple. One improvement - it would have been helpful to have instructions left for the operation of the dishwasher and washing machine. The linen was good quality but the pillows were quite soft so if you like a firm pillow you might want to take it with you.The kitchen was very well equipped for our four night stay. The crockery was very good quality.We would happily stay at The Oaks again.

Great property. Beds were excellent. it was a shame the water heater element failed but repairs were quick so we could have a hot shower.
